We had an incredible experience with Carlos as our captain! He was amazing from start to finish, taking us to several beautiful islands where we got to watch sea turtles, snorkel, and enjoy the water. Carlos went above and beyond to make the day special. He prepared lunch for us, had drinks ready, and made sure everyone in the family was having a great time. He was personable, knowledgeable, and an excellent captain. Communication was also fantastic. Carlos was quick to respond whenever we reached out, and all of his directions were clear and easy to follow. Most importantly, we always felt safe and well taken care of throughout the entire experience. We couldn’t have asked for a better day on the water and would absolutely recommend Carlos to anyone looking for a fun, safe, and memorable boat experience in Puerto Rico. We would definitely book with him again!

I will start by stating we are in Perry Rico at least twice a year, always in Luquillo area but like to visit other places. The trip was booked as private (only for us - family of 4), because we have been on a similar trip on catamaran but with a larger group and didn’t enjoy it that much. The boat was perfect size for us, each of us brought back pack with equipment but they had snorkeling equipment if you need one. We went on the full day (7 hours) trip and we would have done it again. However, we are used to the least and know how to handle it, be aware you need to consider some items, like UV shirt, hat, lots of sunscreen… We’ve very tasty sandwiches, chips and even charcuterie board with fruits and cheese. Plenty of water, soda and local beer. Needless to say…. We were not hungry! Carlos was our guide and he was phenomenal! He was with us the whole trip obviously, yet it really felt as if it was our boat and our trip. He was very subtle and didn’t impose himself on us. Yet, whenever we ask him about the area in general or specific sites we were very impressed with his knowledge and that was very refreshing. We learned a lot from and he even helped us spot turtles, advise what not to do or where to go for best views / snorkeling spots and played great music. Most importantly, we felt very safe during the entire trip with Carlos! Highly recommend it to anyone who loves snorkeling, nature and PR!

The owner and Captain meet my family and I at the dock. Both are named Carlos. They were incredibly kind and attentive. We did this excursion with little one’s. Our Captain was very knowledgeable about Puerto Rico and her islands. Our itinerary was as advertised. We saw beautiful fish and sea turtles. We got to swim in clear turquoise waters while listening to our tunes. I highly recommend this tour!

Carlo was the best. Comfortable, fun, responsive, relaxing, amazing time w our family of 5 (2 adults, 3 kids-12, 10, and 6). That was amazing!!!

What a great day for our family. Carlos and Gia were terrific. Informed, professional and everything including our transportation to the dock was seamless. Would go back and do it again! Just our family which was waaaaay better than a group snorkel and worth every dollar. Captain Carlos was great!

This was such a cool experience! Yamil was great. He was so kind and informative. We really enjoyed this private boat tour. It was wonderful for my husband and me as well as our 15 and 8 year old daughters. Great chill time

Booked a boat day for my bachelorette with my friends and it was a great experience. The location was easy to find with the instructions. Carlos was a great caption, super nice, played whatever music we wanted, had great sandwiches and snacks. We enjoyed the private areas we got to swim at and we saw sea turtles!!!!

Yamil Osorio - our captain on the half day Encanto Boat tours was amazing. It was a perfect day out on the water and at the two island beaches. The entire family loved it.
