Dear Ana_S , Thank you very much for your kind words about Irina and the tour itself. It is a pleasure to know that you enjoyed her explanations and planning. Regarding the price of the experience, there may have been a misunderstanding. Before making a reservation, we always recommend carefully reviewing the sections “What’s Included” and “What’s Not Included”. On the Viator's tour page, it is clearly stated that museum entrance tickets are not included in the tour price and must be purchased separately by the guest. We understand that additional costs can be disappointing if they were not expected, but in this case, the information was fully detailed before booking. For future reservations, both with us and with any other operator, reading these sections in advance will help avoid this kind of inconvenience and ensure the experience matches your expectations. Thank you again for your feedback and for choosing to visit the Prado and Reina Sofía with us.
