Wonderful experience. Communication was great. They contacted us the day before to verify and let us know our drivers name. Our, driver,Rafael, also contacted us to give us his cell number so we could text when ready for pick up. He was very competent driver and the vehicle was very clean. He was very knowledgeable about the city and our Everglades tour was awesome. Our guide had a ton of experience and showed us many birds and alligators and sharedfun facts. After the airboat excursion, Rafael got us to the airport in plenty of time. It was a great experience and I recommend it.
Great experience. Much better than the large group tours. Private limited to 4 people and our tour guide had many years of experince.

Giselle picked us up at our hotel and on our way from Miami Beach to the Everglades tour she gave us a tour of South Beach and an over view of Miami proper. So informative and very knowledgeable! The Everglades air boat tour was amazing, like out of a nat’l geographic show. Extensive information on the flora and fauna. So many birds and alligators. The boat ride in and of itself was a thrill. She gave us restaurant recommendations and we ate at Sazon, wonderful Cuban cuisine. Ultimate five star tour, not to be missed!

5/5 Gizelle picked us from our hotel and straight away it was obvious how well informed she was and how good she was at transferring the information to us. She was definitely a head above previous guides we had had. We finished the tour with a historical and architectural guide if the area

Magic City were brilliant. Giselle was a highly knowledgeable and wonderfully friendly guide.
