Às 7h30, nosso guia do motorista irá buscá-lo em seu hotel ou em qualquer lugar de Paris com um veículo com ar-condicionado de alta qualidade, até a primeira parada com cerca de 3 horas de duração.
Visite o icônico Château de Chenonceau com seu guia local, um dos exemplos mais impressionantes da arquitetura do Vale do Loire, com sua imensa galeria que se estende por toda a largura do rio Cher, dando-lhe o apelido de “Ponte Vecchio da França”. Apelidado de Château des Dames - o Château das Damas - foi sucessivamente propriedade de muitas mulheres de poder e influência, incluindo Diane de Poitiers e Caterina de 'Medici. • Dentro do castelo, descobriremos a incrível coleção de obras-primas (Reubens, Van Dyck, Corregio…), os quartos reais, salões dos reis Francisco I e Luís XIV, a capela e, claro, a galeria projetada por Caterina de'Medici.
• Após nossa visita ao castelo, conheceremos um enólogo local e faremos uma degustação privada em sua vinícola perto de Chenonceau. Dirigir de Chateau de Chenonceau para Ange é de 20 minutos.
Descubra o castelo que inspirou Hergé a criar seu personagem de quadrinhos, Tintim. Os proprietários moram na ala direita do castelo, e há árvores centenárias no belo parque e um recinto onde você pode ver a matilha de cães de caça do proprietário do castelo.
• O castelo de conto de fadas de Chambord é o maior de todos os castelos do Vale do Loire e está localizado no maior parque florestal fechado da Europa. Encomendado pelo rei Francisco I, Chambord é o ponto culminante da arquitetura e engenhosidade renascentista. • Daremos especial atenção ao design inovador – desde a escada em caracol dupla de Leonardo da Vinci no coração do castelo, à planta do castelo em forma de cruz, aos aposentos reais e jardins incríveis. Aproveitaremos o tempo para descobrir este castelo revolucionário. A viagem de carro de Ange ao Chateau de Chambord leva cerca de 50 minutos e a volta ao hotel leva 3 horas. Durante o caminho, você também pode ver a paisagem magnífica e atravessar pequenas aldeias típicas francesas.

A 5 Star Experience. BACKGROUND. A week before we toured the Loire Valley with FINDING FRANCE/Clement Decre, Brenda and I learned that Air France had a nonstop flight from Phoenix to Paris. So we grabbed two tickets for the next day (November 30), landed in Paris (December 1) and took the train to Strasbourg (Capitale de Noel) for the Christmas Markets for a few days (if you find yourself in France in December, Strasbourg is a must visit); then we returned to Paris. FINDING FRANCE. Brenda and I have been to Paris so many times over the years that we were stymied what to do next as we had three days before our flight home. In conversation with the concierge at our hotel I asked about a private tour to the Loire Valley, and he recommended FINDING FRANCE -- which was the highlight of our brief time in France. Everything was perfect from the cleanliest of the limousine to the knowledge/professionalism of Clement as he guided us through the Chateau du Clos Luce, the Leonardo Di Vinci Park and Museum, the Chateau du Chenonceau and the Loire Valley. (As an aside, Clement showed us a small restaurant in Amboise, no tourists just locals, where we had the best ever ham and cheese sandwich!) THE PROOF IS IN THE PUDDING. This June 2025, after high school graduation and before our granddaughter starts college, we will be returning to France -- and we will be booking a tour with FINDING FRANCE. Brenda and I cannot think of better way to introduce our granddaughter to France than a tour with FINDING FRANCE. As I earlier said, it is a "5 Star Experience."
