Guide Mark was excellent, has a lot of knowledge about the history of Rome, was patient with the group and answered all the questions.
Thanks to Alberto our guide, the journey through the Vatican Museums, the Sistine Chapel and St. Peter’s Basilica was an unforgettable experience. Cultured, passionate he taught us a lot using a scissor language and never technical. A true Cicero. Highly recommended, ask for Alberto.
Marco was a great guide, he was explaining the paintings and giving additional information regarding the building, etc It was also great to skip the line for St. Peter

booked evening visit with guide. 24 hours in advance they advise via WhatsApp that the tour is brought forward to 10 in the morning. Too bad I arrived in Rome in the late afternoon. They then offer me a skip-the-line ticket, audio guide and partial refund (however, they can't tell me the amount of the refund). I show up at the office to collect the ticket and audio guide at the agreed evening time. For the audio guide I have to download the app. (no one had informed me and my cell phone was dead). Somehow I do, but the audio guide is really bad, totally useless. N.B. The refund for the cancellation of the guided tour was 10 euros per person: shameful
Anton (the only guide that speaks Japanese) led us on an very informative and entertaining tour of the Vatican museum - including some areas I had not visited before. I really enjoyed the tour which was well organised so I have rated it excellent
Thanks to Rosalia Gangemi our guide, available and very friendly, who made us discover the Vatican Museum, the Sistine Chapel with Raphael rooms. In impeccable French and warm by her small accent, she shared her passion for the history of the Vatican City, A living visit, punctuated by anecdotes. Definitely the most beautiful guided tour I’ve done in Rome. Thank you Rosalia.
Great guided tour with Rosalia Gangemi. A friendly guide, with clear, thorough explanations, attentive to the visitors of the group. 3h exciting during this tour. I recommend.
We chose to take a ticket with enjoy Rome so as not to queue in front of the Vatican. (35€) then we chose to take the option with a French guide to learn and enjoyed our visit more (25€ only in cash). The 3h small group visit (7 people) was perfect especially in the company of our guide who allowed us to understand the history. Thank you again Rosalia Gangemi for this moment.
We had booked a guided tour of the Vatican Museum, the Sistine Chapel and Raphael’s tomb with a Francophone guide. The day before we were changed the schedule and the same day more guide!!!! So we made the tour without explanation finally if for an additional €16 we were treated to an audio guide. Raging!
