I had an amazing experience with island transfer and tours in Jamaica! Our driver, Akelli, was fantastic. He was not only knowledgeable and professional but also very friendly and accommodating. Akelli made sure we were comfortable and provided us with interesting insights about the places we visited. The entire tour was well-organized, and we got to see some of the most beautiful spots in Jamaica. Blue Hole was absolutely stunning. My guide Teejay was the best! I had so much fun in both places, though I should have left more time for Dunn's, before it closed at 5pm.

Our family of six took this tour and had a wonderful time. The tour operator, Island Transfer and Tours, agreed to pick us up at our Montego Bay hotel instead of the cruise port. We had an excellent driver, who gave us a lot of interesting and colorful information about the north shore during our drive to Ocho Rios. Both sites - Blue Hole and Dunn's River Falls- were fun and exciting. The Blue Hole was not what I expected - it was much better! It involves a very scenic and interesting hike along the river with two different places to jump in. The walk up Dunn's River Falls is amazing. All of us had a great time, and we would definitely recommend this tour to anyone looking for a full day adventure.

It was overall a great experience. The driver was kind, patient and very knowledgeable. We felt safe on the drive from Montego Bay to Ochos Rios. Communication was great. We had to change our reversion because one person didn’t make it to Jamaica and they gave us no issues. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because the ticket for Dunn’s River wasn’t purchased in advance so we had to wait over an hour in the hot sun to get in. Our driver did stand in line for us and allowed us to sit which was very nice. Just a tip: in my opinion if are spending a while in Jamaica I would do Dunn’s River and Blue Hole separately. Blue Hole is pretty quick once you do the jumping but there is so much to do at Dunn’s River (beach, whirlpool, mini water park for kids, and of course climbing up the water fall). We didn’t get to spend much time there but you really can be there all day. Also just in case you didn’t pay attention, this does not include a guide at Dunn’s River.
I've been to Montego Bay for years with my family and have always had a great time, but the long drives for excursions is always tiring. This year we used Island transfers and our driver Clyde made the long trip fun and entertaining for everyone. He had a fun, family friendly energy that made the time fly by and was so fun that I'll remember not only the excursion, but the drive for years to come! Will definitely use them again, and hopefully get our favorite driver Clyde when we return!
Spence was prompt and on time to pick us up at our hotel. His car was nice and he was very professional. My husband and I were visiting Jamaica for the first time for our anniversary. He provided a safe trip to the falls and Blue Hole. Some things that I feel should have been communicated by Island Tours in the description or by the driver when we were on the trip. 1. Spence dropped us off at Dunn's River Falls (he bought our tickets and said to leave everything in the car.) YOU CANNOT GET BACK OUT TO THE VEHICLE ONCE YOU GO INSIDE. We had 2 guides inside that wanted tips...but our money was in the car. There were vendors and food. We took no water, towels, or money because we were told to leave everything in the car. We couldn't buy the pictures or anything from our tour because we did as directed. This was very disappointing. There are lockers for rent inside. I have been on private tours in the past from private companies, and the tour guide accompanied us. I think this should have been more clear. 2. I was smarter when we got to the Blue Hole and was told to leave everything in the car. I took money for a tip! Again you will have guides that you will be expected to tip. The Blue Hole was a highlight of our trip, and I would definitely go again. 3. Our lunch stop was fantastic. But I didn't anticipate purchasing lunch for our driver too. It wasn't expensive, I just think that again, that should be communicated in advance. So...be prepared to tip 2 guides at Dunn's River Falls, 2 guides at Blue Hole, and have everything you want with you. We had the cash, but it was locked in the car with our waters and towels.

Your feedback is very important to us as it is through feedback such as yours that we are able to maintain and where necessary improve upon the service we provide. We are happy to know that your driver was prompt for your hotel pickup, his vehicle was clean and nice and he was very professional as that is what we promised. Generally drivers/guides will let their guests know that it is safe to leave their personal belongings on the vehicle but if they wish to take their stuffs, lockers are available for rental inside. 99.9 percent of guests choose to leave their belongings on the vehicle rather than having to pay for a locker. It is our experience that the tour guides at the falls will accompany you to the vehicle to collect payment for photos if you wish to make a purchase or if you indicate to them that you wish to leave a tip. It is always nice if you can tip a guide but guests are under no obligation to tip. You do so out of kindness and because you wish to show appreciation your guide. It is nice to see that you were pleased with the lunch stop. Again, you are not required to purchase lunch for the driver, you do so out of the goodness of your heart and God bless you for taking care of your driver. Again, thank you for taking the time to write and we will be sure to remind our drivers to communicate clearly the options that are available as guests are always free to make their own choices. Great vibes since we were picked up from our hotel! I had so much fun at both excursions especially Dunns River! I climbed the falls as a child but this time the group was accompanied by a tour guide. He even made a pit stop at a craft market. He was respectful and had no problem showing us the ropes. I highly recommend their services.
Byron was a great tour guide to Blue Hole. It was an amazing experience and I woupd recommend everyone having him as your guide. He was very HELPFUL and NICE and didn't tale advantage of us being we are from America. Well taking care of. Had the best guides lined up for us at BLUE HOLE and it was fun. Daring but fun!!!
Keisha was our driver and gave us an excellent background and tour of the Island. We saw the waterfall, and drove deep into the jungle. At lunch we had Jerk Chicken and learned much about the island.

A beautiful waterfall, but of almost timed walk since it climbs in group.If you think you will be able to lie down, enjoying a water, you will be disappointed.Use and already buy your walking shoes in wet stone, if you will not have to pay 10 dollars
