I would like to give 5 stars exclusively to our driver, Muhammad Qaiser, who was an excellent and very helpful guide. The driving experience was smooth and enjoyable. However, the dining experience was quite disappointing. The buffet was overcrowded, and the food quality was poor — so much so that we ended up skipping dinner altogether. It's important to note that the standard package includes the most basic food options, which we were not aware of in advance. I highly recommend checking in advance which camp you’ll be dining at, as there appear to be multiple camps offering varying levels of service and quality. Opting for a higher-tier camp can make a significant difference and help you avoid a negative experience. There was an unavoidable 45-minute wait at the camp before the actual safari began, during which staff continuously approached guests to upsell quad biking and camel rides. The experience felt disorganized, tedious, and unpleasant. Try to cancel this stop and ask them to take you to the desert directly.

Today we had a fantastic Dubai desert Safari experience from start to finish. The outstanding Service from Our Dubai Driver, Asad made the experience even more exceptional and memorable. He was very Professional, Punctual, and Personable. From the moment we were picked up, it was clear we were in great hands.
