Uma das 14 Tūpuna Maunga (montanhas ancestrais) da região de Auckland. Com 196m de altura, Maungawhau ou Mount Eden é o vulcão mais alto de Auckland. Do cume, você pode desfrutar de vistas espetaculares da cidade e de seus portos.
O Cornwall Park é o maior parque vulcânico de Auckland. sir John Logan Campbell doou o Cornwall Park para a Nova Zelândia em 1901 Muitos Aucklanders estão indo a este parque para piquenique e churrasco. Há muitas ovelhas e vacas no parque. Esses animais são de propriedade do conselho. Com mais de 350 espécies e 8.000 árvores, o Cornwall Park é o paraíso para os amantes das árvores!
Situado na região suavemente ondulada do leste de Auckland. O Jardim cobre agora cerca de 4 hectares de terreno ondulado, com grandes relvados, lagos e cascatas. Agora, com mais de 50 anos, o jardim está se aproximando da maturidade. Árvores e arbustos formam um cenário variável para o jardim. As linhas de visão para o Golfo de Hauraki e dentro do jardim são preservadas com arboricultura cuidadosa. Uma grande área de Ayrlies Wetland liga o jardim ao mar.

Lenna was wonderful. She was our personal guide for the day. We visited beautiful Ayrlies Garden & Wetlands and Cornwall Park with spectacular views. Would highly recommend this tour, especially if you are a gardener and hopefully get Lenna as your guide!

Our guide was excellent - arrived on time, provided guides to the gardens we visited, knew the spots to view the highlights and drove a route that allowed us to enjoy scenes around Auckland. We were the only visitors in the morning to Arylies Garden which was an outstanding garden to visit.

Ayrlie Garden and Wetlands are stunning! We also loved seeing Mt Eden and One Tree Hill parks Lenna was our charming and attentive driver. The nature tour was a great way to spend the day. I got to see places I wouldn't have discovered otherwise and explore Auckland's green spaces. Sean was an excellent guide and everything was well organized. Highly recommend :)

What a wonderful tour! We visited four beautiful parks and had incredible views of the city. The stop at Arylies Gardens and Wetlands alone was worth the price. Sean is an outstanding guide and his knowledge of the local history and culture is first rate!
