Seu Guia estará esperando no Arco de Adriano para encontrá-lo no momento escolhido que está em frente ao impressionante Templo de Zeus (não entrado) e você começará com as histórias e mitos em torno de Zeus e sua influência sobre os cidadãos de Atenas. Dedicado a Zeus, cabeça dos Deuses Olímpicos, este templo colossal antecipa a Acrópole e é o maior já construído e o lar de uma das maravilhas do mundo antigo; uma gigantesca estátua de Zeus sentada em um trono de mais de 12 metros de altura e encravada com ouro, marfim e jóias. Nas sandálias douradas do deus estava um reservatório de azeite que se refletia sobre a estátua fazendo parecer que o deus se levantaria e levantaria do telhado do templo. Our family of four, along with Grandma, had a wonderful private tour of the Acropolis and Acropolis Museum with Komissa. She was exceptional from start to finish. Komissa struck the perfect balance between being incredibly knowledgeable and keeping the experience engaging and approachable. She shared so much fascinating information about the sites and artifacts without ever overwhelming us with details. Her sense of humor and warm personality made the morning even more enjoyable. What impressed us most was her ability to tailor the experience to our group. She was equally skilled at supporting my mother, who has some mobility challenges, and keeping our two Greek mythology-loving boys (ages 11 and 13) completely engaged and excited throughout the tour. There was lots of trivia and quizzing - they had a blast! We highly recommend choosing the private tour option, especially during the busy summer season in Athens. Having a guide who knows how to navigate the crowds and personalize the experience made all the difference. Communication was excellent from the time we booked through the end of the tour. Komissa truly is the best, and we are so grateful we had the opportunity to spend the morning exploring Athens with her.

Great private tour of the acropolis. Our guide was so knowledgeable and brought the experience to life. It was a great way to make the most of our short trip. There was a perfect amount of time for me and my 16 year old to experience and not get bored

Michael was a phenomenal tour guide. So friendly, entertaining, and knowledgeable. He really brought the ruins and museum to life. He was wonderful answering our questions with interest.
