Beach on Saône Island full of coral rocks, impossible to get into the water, there are beaches with white sand, music return with high volume, even if you went to the other side of the boat

It is amazing. You see a beautiful island and get authentic food for lunch. it is a long day but absolutely worth it.

In general was ok, I like the animators who make us dance, everybody was so nice. I didn't like that was so many people on the boat. And that we were on the Saona island a little bit more time. We are used to travel alone with out own timing, so that's why was this trip a liitle bit out od our zone.

The tour was really well organized and so much fun! If you want the stereotypical Caribbean island with the teal waters, white sand, and big palm trees, this is the thing for you to do!

Excellent tour. Only change I would make is to get to the island only on fast boats as catamaran took about two hours and would have preferred to have those two hours on the island and water

First off the bus did not pick us up and return us to the hotel. The operator picked and dropped us off at the main gate of the property. In fact the driver of the bus and the guard got into a small argument on the return as the guard asked the driver to drop us at the entrance of the hotel and the driver refused to drive past the main gate The boat had a mechanical/ battery issue and so we waited in the boat for half an hour while they sorted it out. The end result was that we were the last boat and behind schedule and everything was rushed through. We went to the Blue lagoon but did not see any Starfish. The tour operator said that the Starfish in the area, we stopped had died because of human interactions and that we had to go to another spot to see them. But they were not planning to go as we were behind schedule. By the time we reached the island they were running out of food and ran out of some of the items On the whole an underwhelming experience

Paid in full. Picked up on time in a van. Driven 1 hour to another building. Waited 30 minutes to get on another van. Drove another hour to a store to spend money. Drove to boat where people were there to shake you down for cash. Small boat. 15 people. Sea sick to blue lagoon. The lagoon was wonderful! Back on boat to beach. What food was left sucked. My kids and I got almost nothing. Daughter is vegetarian. She got fruit. Wow! Advice- be in front of the line or bring your own food. Stay away from the cameras. They're another shakedown. We wanted a nice family day that turned into such a hassle. We missed breakfast, lunch, and our dinner reservations. Totally overshot the alloted time. Won't do again! Ended up spending almost $175 after we already paid $275 for the trip. Bummer!

I can't rate the tour because the company just didn't pick me up. I was waiting at the "Dalias Café" as combined all week via whatsapp and the day before and they just didn't come for me. On the day of the tour, I covered the attendant who asked "a thousand apologies: for there was a misunderstanding on the part of the company's driver. I'm not indicating this agency to anyone.

It’s a SCAM DONT BOOK !!! They sent me to a bogus address on Maps that took us to a random building. We called them at two separate and they ignored the call multiple times. We asked the neighbors in the area if they knew of a this company and multiple people said no! We were so disappointed. I want a refund!!!

Would not recommend to anyone unless you'd like to get scammed. We booked and they told us the day before that upon pick up they could not pick us up at our resort because they were not allowed through our security gate. A bit concerning no? So we went ahead and asked them what the reason was they did not give us a straight answer told us it was because of "certain resort policies" but our resort has let every other bus or van pick us up through the gate so I'd assume they are not a safe operator and aren't trusted by the resorts. After trying to convince them to pick us up from the main entrance they kept denying and telling us we will have to meet them outside of our gated area. If that dosent scream unsafe I don't know what does. Afterwards had a talk with Viator concerning the unsafe situation and they still to this day have no updates on my refund since the tour operator is ignoring them on this matter. HUGE MASSIVE SCAM
