Excursão pela cidade de Abu Dhabi

After booking we were contacted via WhatsApp and received information about the pick-up time. So far everything seemed to be working fine. On the day of the trip we waited in vain to be picked up. Luckily we were able to communicate with the organizer via WhatsApp. According to this, something didn't work with our actual driver, which is why we were sent a replacement driver. After 2 hours we were finally picked up. Due to the prevailing corona regulations at the time, a current negative PCR test was required to enter the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. This was checked at the border by the local authorities upon entry. Unfortunately, the replacement driver could not fulfill this. After several phone calls between the driver and the tour operator, we were offered another replacement driver. Due to the already very advanced time (with the 2nd century). Replacement driver then about 4 hours delay, about 1:30 p.m. at this time) we rejected this however. We could then at least agree with the organizer to take us back to the hotel and get the money back for the tour. The trip to Abu Dhabi was finally a waste of time about 5h to finally be taken back to the place where we were picked up - without sightseeing...

Our guide was top. But beside the moskee was there not much to see. I would recommend the moskee together with the global village.

Happy to return to Abu Dhabi after 12 years and opportunity to visit this incredible place - Grand Mosque. I witnessed a lot of positive changes since my last visit that related to access and control. Only vaccinated against COVID are permitted to enter. A special access point was constructed underground with lots of cafes and shops where one can relax, buy some souvenirs and get food. For those who need to perform their praying a designated place is allocated too. If you didn’t get your ticket in advance, you may still do that via automated machines located underground, no payment is required. You receive your QR code that need to presented to Security at the entrance. Our special thanks to guide Mr. Ghannam who toured us through Grand Mosque and told about its history, design and construction and religious tradition. He basically answered each and every question coming from our group. Taking pictures is allowed everywhere except one place where Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan was graved. We’ve got a lot of positive impressions from visiting of this amazing place.

We had a great tour of Abu Dhabi with Tahir. He is a knowledgeable tour guide and a friendly personality. I reccomend him for all your future tours in UAE.

We did a tour with a driver (who wasn’t that great) he took us to the heritage museum. Which was ok. In the heat of August not the best thing to look at. Also with three kids. Too hot and was a little boring. We then went to emirates palace which was amazing but we didn’t realize it was a hotel. Was told to cover ourselves but when we walked in there were people in their shorts and singlets no problem. So don’t know what the fuss was all about. We then went to the Mosque. Well if you were going to see something Abu Dhabi let it be this. Amazing, beautifully constructed. I could’ve spent most of the day exploring this wonderful delight. But my three young children did not let me enjoy it! It was very hot and boring for my kids. I loved it though and would’ve spent some more time there. That was all we saw on our trip as we then had something to eat and our time was up with the driver but obviously we could pay for extra hours. But by then my kids had had enough so we went home after lunch at the mall.

We had Family Holidays in Dubai to Celebrate New Year, we had perfect holiday plan starting last week of December’17 till First week of Jan’18. Our Abu Dhabi Tour booking was with RAH Tourism on 27th Dec with morning pick up from our Hotel in Dubai but it turn with horrible experience, Nobody from RAH Tourism turn up to pick up us, even their all phones were showing switched off. Finally we landed to their Dubai office but surprised to see their office was locked. We approached Tribal Trial Tours office very Next to RAH office and explained them entire situation. We are amazed with Tribal Trial Tours staff and owner support to us and the way they treated my family brought to comfort level. Immediately they tried to contact RAH people and expressed us that there must be some problem as it never happens. The mismanagement of RAH Tourism suffered us a lot and They might have their internal problems but ultimately we suffered and impact is priceless. This kind of trust breach with tourists will badly impact the tourism industry. But Thanks to Amin Bhai and Tribal Trial Tours staff who not only shown their hospitality and support but also immediately arranged their own vehicle by sending their key staff who drive all the way and given us a very great experience of Abu Dhabi personalized city tour without any charge and dropped us back to Hotel at late night and saved our day. We have seen humanity, humbleness and big heart people like them in Dubai. Once again thanks to such lovely people of Tribal Trial Tours Dubai, keeping up the great work in tourism industry by going extra miles to satisfy customers which is highly appreciable.
