- Solicitações de reembolso para cancelamentos de última hora (até 24 horas antes do passeio ou atividade), por qualquer motivo, não serão aceitas.
- Todos os clientes devem enviar o ponto de encontro e o local de sua preferência até as 15h do dia anterior, sobre a coleta do passeio ou atividade reservada. Caso não o façam, a nossa empresa fará tudo o que puder para localizá-los (telefone, email, etc), no entanto, não é responsável por qualquer falha no seu cumprimento. Os pontos de encontro podem ser, em qualquer lugar da ilha, e as informações necessárias são o nome do hotel ou o nome do navio de cruzeiro com o qual estão chegando. Na ocasião em que eles estiverem hospedados em um apartamento, os clientes deverão nos enviar um mapa do google, um hotel próximo ou qualquer informação que possa nos ajudar a localizá-los. Qualquer atraso em nome do cliente (até 15 minutos que estaremos esperando por eles) afeta o cronograma de transferência e interrompe a boa condução do passeio / atividade.
- Para acomodações sem nome, nossa empresa definirá o local mais conveniente para a coleta.
- Para acomodações localizadas em uma zona de pedestres, nossa empresa definirá o melhor ponto de embarque possível.
- Nossa empresa não é responsável por saber se o cliente deve fazer a transferência ou não. O cronograma de transferência é preparado menos de 24 horas antes da operação, portanto não podemos prever tal necessidade.
- As inclusões de transfer incluem uma certa distância, enquanto para áreas remotas Elia, Kalafatis, Agrari, Panormos, Super Paradise, Kanalia e outras vilas remotas será aplicada uma taxa adicional de € 10 por pessoa (para ser pago em dinheiro no local).
- As crianças só podem participar se acompanhadas por um adulto.
- Em chegadas tardias, o conteúdo da excursão e atividades que foram perdidas não serão reembolsados.

Hard to understand the guide, slow paced and missed some of the best spots, we broke off and explored on our own and was better
Tourguide Anastasia was great!!! But that was the only thing. Almost no time for nothing. Just rushing and hurry up. Why not adapt the ferry schedule???

Please note that all organised shared tours to Delos run on a fixed ferry timetable, as ferry schedules between Mykonos and Delos are predetermined and shared by all visitors on the island that day. On the day of your visit there were several cruise ship arrivals to Mykonos, which resulted in big crowds on the archaeological site and made the schedule feel tighter than usual. However, the tour still followed the standard program of a guided tour followed by free time to explore independently. We appreciate your comments and hope you enjoyed the unique experience of visiting ancient Delos!

Highly recommend the day trip to Delos with lunch on the farm. The trip coordinator communicated well throughout the process, sent us instructions the day before, and contacted me in the morning to make sure we were in the correct place. Once at Delos, our guide was knowledgeable and went at a good pace for the group. We added lunch on the farm, a must! The shuttle driver picked us up from the port and drove us to the farm. The food was fantastic and the scenery was beautiful. We visited at the end of the season, so the Chef was able to come to our table and talk to us. It was truly a wonderful experience. Each person we encountered was kind, authentic and genuine.

A really fantastic and informative activity! Lots of history to learn about and beautiful vistas to take in all around you. Our guide was very friendly and knowledgeable, and he gave us ample time to look around and appreciate each point of interest on the tour. He also took some group photos for us which was very kind! Delos is such a unique place, and the excavation work done there on the island has uncovered so much to see and marvel at; it is well worth the time and money to visit. So many sweet cats on the island too, which was a great little perk! We all had an amazing day there. The travel logistics were simple too, and the ferry ride was really enjoyable. Arranging the tour with Eleni was quick and easy, she was very accommodating. Would absolutely recommend to anyone with even a passing interest in ancient history or cute kitties. 5 stars well deserved, thank you (:

This ended up being a large group tour so we bailed and walked the island on our own. If you like seeing these archaeological sites go on your own and explore on your own.
Thank you for your feedback! We would like to clarify that the tour that you have booked was an organised shared visit with a guide and a group size of up to 40 people, and not a private one. We always strive to provide the best experience, but please keep in mind that archaeological sites like this often attract many visitors, so they can be crowded at times. We hope that, despite this, you were still able to enjoy your time exploring Delos!
Not a good value. $600+cost of a 90 minute group tour. 50+ group participants and hearing through an ear piece that cuts out as you walk the site.

Marchlle ( not sure her name) , she’s very nice, knowledgeable & understanding. But Mathew, the boss, who came late & we were being rushed to get to the boat even there was an elderly in our group. He doesn’t even say good morning to everyone.

Visit the ancient temple of Apollo, where he was born. How people lived starting from 7th B.C, until Roman invasion. The temple of Iris, which is preserved. Huge archeological site and a must see

Delos is a great site & our guide was very knowledgeable. Museum was closed, without notice, but the guide sent us, which wasted our free exploring time. We added the local farm dinner option. It was okay,but there was no tour or talk about the farm or food. It was quite a way over there, so not worth the extra time & $$. Our drriver left wout telling us. We were worried, being dumped on other side of the island w o communication from tour co., but finally the farm staff got the tour company to send someone to get us.
