Marisol and Barry did a fantastic job in making our Cork tour a very memorable day. From arriving on early, being welcoming, outgoing and energetic to very knowledgeable in her information. She gave great suggestions on what we should do and go. Welcomed questions and was wonderful to everyone in our party. Barry was genuine in his information about his country and we appreciated his input in making our day a great one. Thanks for making our day in Cork special! Please note, that we also want to call out Pilar for all her help in coordinating our day and answering our questions! Thank you Pilar!

We were excited about this private tour as this was our family’s only stop in Republic of Ireland. Unfortunately the guide was not local, could not offer us the immersive experience we wanted for our tour. He was also not willing to accommodate our requests, preferring instead to follow the tour script. As a result, we spent time in locations where we were bored and rushed through other places where we needed more time. On the positive side, the Charles fort and Jameson tours were both excellent. Moreover the tour operator seemed disinterested in our feedback of the tour, so my recommendation is to look elsewhere as this was a rather expensive tour for the experience we received.
Dear customer, We are sorry to read that you haven´t enjoy our tour We are the tour operator that seems not interested in your comments but for your information we have responded through viator.com immediately to Karen with a complete explanation and all the extras this tour has, for example a 16-seater bus for a group of 7 people, a tour included in Charles Fort when we did not guarantee them, but Karen had a specific interest in trying to get some type of economic refund only, on the other hand, the feedback I have from the guide is that you did not communicate any kind of wish to visit some other site or anything specific on Cork however as we company we are taking note of your comments + I pass it to our tour guide on the area Many Thanks & hoping see you soon again
Our family was extremely disappointed with the private tour of Cork City, Kinsale, and the Jameson Distillery. Our tour guide, Fabio, is a nice man, but he is poorly suited to give a tour of Ireland. He did not seem to know much about the history or the culture and we would have done better with just the driver (googling information on our own, which he did not seem to have done). The two stars given are for the tours of Charles Fort (excellent) and the Jameson Distillery (also excellent). Our guide however was not responsive to the interests of our group, spent too much time discussing trivialities, and left us no time to enjoy Cork on our own (just 15 minutes allowed following our rushed lunch). The cost of this tour is ridiculous for what you get, so please save your money. You can certainly find a better one.
Dear Customer, We appreciate your comments and we are sorry that this tour was not what you expect. We have passed your comments to our supplier Fabio, who has comment you did not show any interest in changing the tour itinerary or suggestions for something different. As I have previously mentioned in our private correspondence, where you requested a refund in exchange not making any reviews, which we couldn´t accept because, Fabio is a professional with his official guide qualification issued by the Irish Guides Association and he is also the official guide of St. Fin's CAthedral..some newspaper/magazine has interviewed him due to his knowledge about this... without a doubt there is always room to improve Best regards & hoping see you soon again

Our tour of Cork, Kinsale, and Middleton yesterday was absolutely fantastic, thanks to our amazing guide, Brede. She brought the history and culture of the area to life with her fun and informative commentary, making each stop—from the Jameson tour to Charles Fort—truly memorable. Bredae's expertise and engaging style made the day both educational and entertaining. The tour was seamlessly organized by Pilar, whose helpfulness and efficiency made the booking process a breeze.
