A wonderful experience! Our guide Shaabam Morshed has made us a very complete and great tour of all the majestic monuments of Cairo. The explanations have been very interesting, you can tell that he knows and likes what he does. We would repeat 100%.
Thank you very much for your review and we are here for you all the time

Coptic Cairo and Islamic center are historic and old religiously centers in Cairo. There is several interesting church and mosque that I recommend to see like Hanging church, Synagogue and Saladin citadel and mosque of Mohamad Ali.
Thank you very much for your review and we are here for you all the time
First, our driver Mustafa was great. He arrived early, drove safely and was always in the correct location. However, our guide Raina was 20 minutes late, so we sat outside the gates doing nothing. She didn’t provide very many interesting facts, and unfortunately wasn’t proficient at English, as everything was repeated like 3-4 times which totally takes you out of the experience. She insisted on taking like 10 photos of us. So whenever we got to a location, we spent time taking photos for her. At one point we were just sitting in the back of the car and she was taking selfies, and demanded that we smile for her photos, so we had to retake them multiple times. When we arrived at the synagogue she urged us to skip it. When we said we’d like to see it, she obliged, but only gave us negative comments about Jews. When we arrived at entrances, she just quickly went way ahead of us and didn’t provide any help entering, this was because she wasn’t a licensed guide. She later told us to just pretend we were friends, because of ‘issues with her license’. We never visited the Al Rifai Mosque, which at that point we were fine with it, because we just wanted it to be over, but it was in the agenda. We had Mustafa take us to the Khan el Khalili and we ended our tour there.
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us, and we are sorry if the tour did not fully meet your expectations. We are pleased to hear that our driver Mustafa was appreciated, as he is indeed one of our trusted team members known for his punctuality and safe driving. Regarding the guide Raina, we would like to clarify that we reached out to you several times during the tour to ask if everything was going well, and you confirmed that you were satisfied and that the service was fine. We also contacted you again at the end of the tour to ensure your satisfaction. Had you informed us of any issue during the tour, we would have immediately arranged another tour for you completely free of charge, without any cost or compensation. As for the comments about Jews, the guide did not intend any offense. She was simply recounting what is documented in historical sources related to the sites, not expressing personal views. We always strive to ensure that the information provided is objective and strictly tied to historical context. We regret any discomfort you may have felt, but we want to emphasize that we did not neglect our duty of care. Your feedback is very important to us, and we will continue to improve our services to guarantee that every guest enjoys a distinguished and memorable experience with our company.

It was a wonderful personally curated tour for my family and I by Pharaonic Vision Tours. They put efforts in designing the itinerary and then guide well with very good knowledge. Our guide Shady was super knowledgeable and made sure to provide all the information nicely throughout the tour. Very helpful nature and definitely recommend both the company and the tour guide for a wonderful experience.
Thank you very much for your review and we are here for you all the time
We visited Grand museum in Cairo, Coptic and Islamic Cairo along with other historic places in Cairo. While the places are awesome and enriched with historical events, we couldn't enjoy the trip much because of our tour guide - Ersa Mostafa. She was rushing us in each place and wasn't able to explain the history properly. She was rushing us so much in the Grand Museum that we couldn't see the Tutenkhamun's gallery property. Her whole intention was to finish the visit quickly and take us to the shops and bazaars. I wouldn't recommend to book this tour guide.
Thank you very much for sharing your experience with us, and we are sorry that your visit did not meet your expectations. We truly value your feedback and always take it into consideration to improve our services. We would like to clarify that the tour guide was keen to ensure you could visit all the sites included in your program, as most tourist attractions in Cairo close at 4:00 PM, while ticket counters close at 3:30 PM. Therefore, it was necessary to manage the time carefully so you wouldn’t miss important destinations such as Islamic and Coptic Cairo. Regarding the Grand Museum, it houses thousands of artifacts, and it is impossible to explain each piece individually during a single visit. The guide usually focuses on the most significant exhibits, such as the Tutankhamun galleries, while also keeping in mind the time needed to reach the other destinations in the program. We take pride in Egypt’s rich heritage and always strive to provide a balanced experience that combines historical knowledge with the enjoyment of these remarkable sites. We will review your comments with our team to ensure that future visits are more comfortable and enriched with information.
A complete disappointment. Pharaonic Vision Tours had a very poor communication system and did not respond to emails in a timely manner. The accommodation they provided us was extremely dirty and unhygienic and the food was of very poor quality and smelly. We have never had such a disappointing experience in our lives. Definitely avoid.
Thank you for taking the time to leave your comment. However, it is important to clarify the facts: Pharaonic Vision Tours does not provide any accommodation or food services whatsoever. Therefore, the claims about 'dirty hotels' and 'poor quality meals' are simply inaccurate and unrelated to the nature of our services. Our company specializes exclusively in organizing luxury tours and premium travel experiences across Egypt, as confirmed by the many positive reviews and repeated choices of our valued guests. Regarding communication, our multilingual team is consistently available to respond promptly and attentively, with a proven record of efficiency. It is clear that your comment does not reflect any genuine experience with us, and we leave it to the discerning reader to notice these contradictions. We remain focused on serving our actual guests, who continue to enjoy authentic, high-quality experiences with Pharaonic Vision Tours.
