This is the worst tour experience we have on Viator. The tour operator provided the guide the tickets to the Skyline observation dec which were not working at the entrance and the security refused our admission. We consulted with the tour guide (tour guide could not contact the tour operator at the time) and we had to buy our own tickets (tour guide agreed and asked us to apply for a refund). The bad thing was that the operator rejected our refund applications. It was really not professional. I don’t suggest the tour to anyone/family who look for smooth and good experiences in Singapore.
Alex, the tour guide was a gentleman, knowledgeable, helpful and courteous .The tour was an excellent way for a solo traveller to see nighttime Singapore
No show they did not turn up we were at the Amara hotel as specified. 10mins before 6pm the nominated pickup time Waited for over 1 hr conferred with Viator during this time they could not get in contact with operator so now waiting for a refund, extremely disappointing
Excellent Guide explain history arrived each place onntime , driver was fantastic as well not just getting us spot to spot but help with infomation, it like we had too guides . Rather spend money on private tour you get places easy were bus or van take longer
While overall the tour of the sights seen was great (SuperTree Grove and Marina Bay Sands Observation Deck), the start time of 6pm was not fulfilled and tour guide arrived at hotel 70 mins later. This meant missing 1 full item on itinerary (Little India) and the main attraction of cruise (Spectra Light Show that happens at 7:45 and 8:45) and the remaining items were rushed. Contacted MAM holiday Singapore several times after start time and their phone number (+65 3105 1264) is disconnected which makes it seem like company is illegitimate
This tour exceeded my expectations. Very well organized and saw so much in 3hrs! Alex was both our tour guide and driver. He knew exactly where to park and go away from crowds for optimal experience. We had a blast. Highly recommend this to optimize your time in Singapore and minimize walking
This tour really helped to make our holiday in Singapore special. The guide was extremely helpful and particularly attentive to the needs of someone with limited mobility.

Alex was an outstanding guide for our evening trip throughout Singapore. He first asked us if we would like to modify the tour as defined in the Viator description. We started with a river cruise, then visited Chinatown, and finished with a viewing of the Garden Rhapsody night light show at Gardens by the Bay. Alex had a special place to watch the show which was removed from the large crowd and offered an outstanding view with a place to sit. The skies threatened to rain all evening and Alex always had umbrellas instantly available. The tour was a perfect way to see Signapore in the evening.
Had a great tour around main areas of Singapore with Loy. Started with 20 min river cruise, great views. Then to Gardens by the Bay to see night light show, beautiful! Then to top of Marina Bay Sands for night viewing of Singapore. Finished with walking tour of Chinatown. Highly recommend!
