This is an excellent place where you can find unique experiences. Totally worth it. Just attention for the temperature and others weather conditions, it’s not an easy place during winter if you are not prepared with the right equipment. Special thanks for the driver Jacek for the outstanding service and knowledge, wich was very important during this journey . The guide Barbara also gave a detailed explanation of the situation inside of this forest and biodiversity and others great insights, which was really important for the immersion in the ecosystem . Excellent professional.
The national park was truly spectacular and our guide was so knowledgeable telling us all about the local birds and trees.
It were an amazing adventure! Paul’s make a smooth ride and everything better! The food and the service were excellent also! I 100% would recommend this to my friends!!!
We had a great trip (couple 30s). Pawel was our driver and Joanna our guide in the forest. We were picked up from hotel on time. Just the 2 of us (very off peak in mid November). Walk through the national park was great, we saw plenty of birds and a wild Bison at the end. Joanna was lovely and we learned lots about the local plants/animals. Great lunch, lots of vegetarian options. Definitely wrap up warm, we had a little bit of snow.

Amazing tour, one of the most incredible forest I ever see! And an excellent driver, Pawel, who exceeded all our expectations and made us feel confortable (he speaks very good spanish!) and safe.
Awesome trip, we visit many interesting places with explenations and background. The food was excelent. Fully recomended.
The trip was lovely from start to finish! The driver was very kind and a great story teller. The national park guide was nothing short of inspiring. Seriously. I’ll never look at fallen trees the same way again, and I feel like I’ve learned more about forests and ecology in just three short hours than I had in my entire life up until this point. The guide was also good at answering every question I had in a very detailed way. I’d give him ten stars if I could. The only problems came before the tour. Less than 24 hours before the tour began, the operator sent me a message saying that I must pay an extra 100 Euro because I was a solo traveler, or else I could take a trip to Auschwitz instead of the national park trip that I’d booked. This was quite shocking, because the cost that I paid for the tour was already half of my monthly salary, and I assumed that I wouldn’t be allowed through viators system to book a tour at anything other than the correct price. The organizer did listen to my concerns and eventually gave me the tour that I’d booked at the price I’d paid for it. However, it’s something to be aware of if you’re a solo traveler. To the operator, I hope you can update your Viator listing to either not allow solo travelers or to charge them the price you hope they will be paying from the beginning. Nobody likes to be surprised at the last minute with extra charges, and just the idea of a trip to Auschwitz that I wasn’t emotionally prepared for when what I wanted to see was trees and cute animals was quite upsetting.
Both our guide and driver were wonderful. The preserve is gorgeous and well worth the drive from Warsaw. Bring bug spray or wear thick socks—the mosquitoes are everywhere and I got bitten through my socks!
Very well organized trip. We have learned so much about primal-forest concept and, in addition, about Polish culture and diversity (Greek-orthodox east and Catholic majority, Polish-Belorussian-Russian relations, migrants, etc.). The included lunch was wonderful - typical for the area and delicious. Drive was comfortable, our driver was very nice. Do not expect too much in the forest landscape-vise - the point is in the lessons. Be aware that bison are not to be seen in the forest and that they are shy in the show reserve (mainly visible in the distance). Hybrid of a bison and domestic cow is, in contrast, surprisingly large and less shy, so you will have a chance to see it from a short distance. There is only one place in the Europe where European bison have survived - that is in Bialowieza National Park; therefore, there is no other tour that might replace the facts related to this. AB Poland was the most affordable for the same service. We recommend it!
