Dachau

That there is no car service, we had to travel with street car, train and bus. This is not how I expected my travel to Dachau would be. The tour guy was great, she was friendly, knowledgeable and showed lots of sympathy for us being cold and in rain.

Unfortunate experience/ wrong details in listing

This listing does not mention that you will be taking a train as well as Bus to the destination. Meeting point pin does not match the meeting point of the beginning of the tour, but two blocks away. Very confusing. Meeting time states 10am in the listing…. Guide stated 10:30. Unfortunately tour was not as expected and did not match the itinerary details.

Yoga was exceptional. He guided us thru the history of the Nazi regime and described what cruelty was inflicted on the prisoners. It was a very sobering experience and I walked away with so much more understanding and empathy.

Stephanie was passionate about this horrific part of history. She had the entire group captivated with the presentation about the history of Dachau. I would highly recommend her and this tour. My life is changed from what I experienced there.

Overpriced and Under delivered!

The tour guide, while knowledgable, was difficult to understand. The description led me to believe private transportation was included, especially based on the price. The tour was double the cost of other tours. Lastly, the guide left two hours early along with other members of the group (they didn’t like the tour) so I didn’t get what I paid for. We finished up the site in our own. I’m extremely dissatisfied and request a partial refund!

Guide was helpful and courteous. Candidly, one could just go to location and get auditory guide and save money.

Resposta do operador

We're glad to hear the guide was helpful and courteous. While audio guides can be informative, many guests value the flexibility, personal interaction, and local insights a live guide provides. We hope to welcome you again in the future.
