Can’t speak to the quality of the tour but I can speak to the reliability of the tour company. They cancelled at the time of the tour. They said it was because there was a flood warning. There was no flood warning. I was in town all day. I did not get notified of the cancellation. There was no rain; no thunder; no lightning . . No real excuse. Most especially since the description said the tour would move forward regardless of weather (this description was changed online immediately after my call with them). . My recommendation is find another tour; find another tour company. I’ll get a refund but a night of vacation was wasted. Don’t trust them. They are not dependable or trustworthy.
I booked this tour with my teenage daughters in mind. They love horror movies. This was the 16+ tour. The content wasn't gory or terrible, but there was mention of the brothels and prostitution, which made it more adult-like, but nothing terrible. Our guide was friendly and entertaining. It wasn't a super "scary" tour, but was interesting, and it was a really fun experience to hear some different stories about the city at night. I would recommend.
Nestor was an outstanding ghost tour guide! He was knowledgeable, engaging, and had a great sense of humor that kept the tour entertaining from start to finish. His storytelling brought Nashville’s haunted history to life, and he made the experience fun without taking away from the spooky atmosphere. You could tell he was passionate about the city’s history and genuinely enjoyed sharing it with the group. I would highly recommend taking a tour with Nestor if you’re looking for a memorable and entertaining night!

Ghost City Tours changed our starting location hours before we were to start and refused to give us a refund! We were walking and would have added several city blocks and we never would have booked... offered a refund be we don't live anywhere close to another city with these tours, still refused to refund...BUYER BEWARE, no integrity at all!
We’re sorry to hear there was confusion locating the meeting point. Meeting point information is provided in the booking confirmation, though GPS or map apps can sometimes cause confusion when navigating on foot. Our team did offer a company voucher toward a future Ghost City Tours experience. We’re sorry that was not the resolution you were hoping for.
Really fun tour with some Nashville history and some good ghost stories dating back to the civil war up to relatively current times. Our guide, Regan, was great.
Had so much fun going on this tour! My bf and I wanted something to do that didn’t have to deal with broadway and this was just what we were looking for! Nestor was an amazing tour guide! He was very knowledgeable about the diff areas he took us. Although it was just my bf and I on this tour Nestor was still very interactive with us which made the experience memorable! For anyone who wants something out of the ordinary or a night off from broadway this is the tour to take! No gimmicks and no costumes just straight knowledge and facts! My only recommendation for anyone wanting to take this tour is parking closer to printers alley as that’s where the tour ends.
