The Big Bus never showed up for the evening tour of Dublin Ireland. I am/was very, very disappointed, sad and angry as I only had one evening to see the city. I even corresponded with Big Bus directly via email twice!!!! to confirm date/time/pick up spot. I requested a full refund from Viator. This is the second time Viator has not worked out for me. I’ll choose Get Your Guide or Trip Advisor going forward as they are more reliable.

It was fun, especially appreciated the guide who did a live guiding while driving the buss. He gave a lot of interesting information.

We really enjoyed our trip around Dublin city jerry our tourguide was very good . he give us a good knowledge of the city . myself and my husband would definitely come back again.

We jumped on the bus and was greeted right away by Paddy. A jolly big man. The night tour of a completely different area of Dublin ,I was impressed with his knowledge and love of his city. You dont find that much these days. I was constantly looking at the sites as he explained them with such vigor like the statues would come alive and walk with us to where I could see the people from histories past walking out of the buildings. It was a joy to listen and take in the long and rich history of the beautiful city of Dublin.

Very enjoyable tour. Funny and informative. At times it was hard to hear as there was a crying baby sat in front of us. Also it was crowded so we didn't get to sit together.

The weather was perfect for this short tour. Unfortunately the tour itself was quite disappointing. The driver stated at the beginning that this would be a more relaxed and informal tour because most people had already been on the day tour, so he wasn't going to be talking about the same things. We had not been on a day tour so we were very disappointed to have almost no points of interest highlighted during the tour. For example, we only knew we were driving by St. Patrick's Cathedral because we saw the sign at the last moment, otherwise we would have completely missed this. It was very disappointing to not get a better feel for the city on this tour (we could not do the day tour due to our limited time in Dublin). In addition, the driver seemed to be reading a script for what comments he did make, often stumbled over his words, and seemed to confuse "left" and "right" multiple times such that at times we didn't know where to look for the few things he did point out.

This was terrific tour! Joe was an excellent tour guide. Lots of great facts and history while mixing in jokes and funny anecdotes. The bus was clean and well looked-after. I would take a tour again in a moment!

Kieron was funny, very knowledgeable and took us on a fantastic journey through Dublin’s history. He elaborated well on the points of interest. He sang for us and told us jokes but also shared poignant stories. He was very personable and we would highly recommend this tour- even though it was not dark! They would be illuminated later…

Kieran was a great tour guide. He took time to stop by important and beautiful sites. And regaled us with songs along the way!
