The park itself is amazing but unfortunately full of rubbish. What we didn't like at all was Mohamed, the guide. He was only catering for the Italian tourists, although he confirmed he speaks English and Russian too. He spoke very little English or Russian during the trip. At one point, a Russian lady asked why he speaks only in Italian as there are tourists from other countries too and he totally ignored her question. I found him very rude and impolite. And he dared after his picky and rude behaviour towards non Italian tourists, to ask us if we want to give them tips. He suddenly remembered he can speak other languages as well, but we were only of interest for him if we maybe offered them extra cash after we've been treated so " well". Also we had to wait, on our way to the park, for some Italian tourists to wake up, because they were running past their pick up time. And we were left waiting in the bus, without any explanation given by the guide or bus driver. I do not recommend this experience to anyone who is not Italian because the guide only cares about, jokes and gives explanations in Italian so you will feel very unpleasant. They should advertise this trip only for their favourite Italian clientele. All people are equal and should be treated the same, but not according to the people from this agency. And they also ran late to pick us up and we had to chase them about it. It was shown a pick up time on the website of 7:45 and they came at 9 but as mentioned, they didn't communicate it properly with us and we had to follow it up.

In the beginning, the tour guide came on time and moved on time. We actually arrived at an excellent time and toured the entire place and took many pictures. The best part really was when we climbed the mountain and saw the entire sea from above. It was truly an excellent experience in every way.
