The guide picked us up from the hotel on time. There was one mishap when the truck would not start in the beginning due to a faulty battery cable. However that was due to the company just having service on the vehicle and they need to return the vehicle to the mechanic to correct the issue. However they were able to get the truck started and the rest of the tour went on without a hitch. He was very friendly and informative during the tour. The guide was also very accommodating with my family. I would use them again when I return to Nairobi with more family and friends.
It was a last minute booking but we were picked on time. Peter was good in communication and we'll knows of ecosystem of this Park. I recommend them

Very bad experience, we had booked a 4x4… we were picked up by a van that arrived 30 minutes late, the excursion in the park planned for half a day lasted a little over 3 hours... no binoculars in the vehicle, in short, quite unfortunate!!! I do not recommend!

Tour is nice. Guide / driver was courteous & well informed. Vehicle is not a Landrover as pictured but a dated & dirty van. Buy your park tickets online before being picked up. Bring your passport. The souvenir shop offers goods at 5-10x other shop prices.
My hand booked this trap on east minute but we we picked up on time despite Nairobi traffic. Game drive was amazing and I will use them again to witness animals imagination at masai mara. I recommend them
