I had a great half-day tour in Ghana with my guide, Prince, who was so knowledgeable and super friendly. We visited the historic coastal area of James Town, Kwame Nkrumah Memorial Park which was peaceful and inspiring with Prince explaining the history as we sat in the gardens, we also visited the bustling Makola Market and even went up high for a must see view from above! And finally to the Black Star Independence Gate. If you don’t have much time, this tour gave a perfect snapshot of Accra’s history and culture. Highly recommended!

Our tour guide Prince arrived on time and took our wishes and priorities for the tour into good consideration. We appreciated his flexibility, his very friendly attitude and his knowlede about Accra that he shared. The tour itself gave a good overview about Accra and was interesting for my friend (first time in Ghana) as well for myself (frequent guest in Ghana).

Hi first of all let me express my most sincerest apologies to you for the no show. Please treat that as a problem of technical error and miscommunication instead of our intention not to show up. No way! We’ve got a very good track record of professionalism and excellent service and all who have used our services will attest to that. What really happened was that we revised our contact details on Viator weeks back but appeared not to have been updated. I have sent a message to them to look at it after your issue came to our attention. Classic Holidays is run professionally so much that we don’t just show up to pick you but we come at least 30 minutes before time. And this issue is just the first of such unfortunate no show out of all the many trips we’ve had. Please treat this purely as a miscommunication issue and not an intentional act. This is why refund request has been swiftly granted. Sorry once again and want to assure everyone that this won’t reoccur as the issue has been fixed.
