Lydia is by far the best, most authentic, informed, relaxed tour guide. She was calm and comforting and helped our group navigate lots of information and trekking the early morning tour to the Acropolis … so helpful with local food recommendations too. There were two babies on the tour, and before we went to the next spot to talk, she always made sure the babies were accounted for ❤️We highly recommend her!!
The Temple of Poseidon at Cape Sounion is simply breathtaking. The combination of ancient history, stunning architecture, and the incredible sunset over the Aegean Sea creates a magical atmosphere. Arrive before sunset to enjoy one of the most beautiful views in Greece. A must-visit if you’re in Athens!
Katarina was the best guide, really good at explaining the rich history of Greece. 10/10
Jimmy was awesome! You can tell he cared about the topics he was talking about and ensuring you enjoyed the experience.
Our guided tour to the Acropolis and the Acropolis Museum was thoroughly enjoyable. Katerina was very knowledgeable, a great story teller and added a touch of humour throughout the tour. Thanks again
Our guide was very knowledgeable and experienced - she moved the group through crowds safely and efficiently highlighting many interesting things along the way - we learnt lots and really enjoyed it. Highly recommend
We visited the Acropolis with the Nadia guide. In 1h30 it was over, he did it in a hurry skipping explanations that then another guide from Athens has explained. We won't repeat.
We did the Early Access to the Acropolis & Old Town Guided Walking Tour at 8:15 am May 29/24.The meeting point (Key Tours) was easy to find & check-in was quite well organized. Please be aware that your Acropolis timed entry ticket (20E) must be purchased in addition to the tour price. I purchased mine on line about a month prior. I THINK you can purchase them at Key Tours upon check-in but not entirely sure, so please check with the tour company before you presume this. Our group was divided by languages so our English-only group was only 10 persons (which reduced to 6 after the Acropolis portion, when we continued on to the Old Town portion of the tour). Our guide was outstanding. He was passionate about Greek history & ensured he provided us with enough history to understand all aspects of what we were seeing during the tour. In addition, he took great care to ensure the group stayed together & remained safe on the slippery terrain, & he was expert at finding shady spots where we could all stand while he spoke. Be aware that folks with mobility issues would likely find this tour too challenging. The tour was highly educational & interesting & very enjoyable. I would highly recommend it to others.
Our guide was excellent The whole experience was great ! We thoroughly enjoyed the experience of being able to see the Acropolis close up
Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to leave us your review. We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed your tour with us and that you had a memorable experience. Hope to see you soon in one of our future activities. Best Regards, Margarita Karavasileiadi
Bad. We hired a guided tour in Spanish. A few minutes before the scheduled time they sent us a message that there was a 40 minute delay. We arrived at the agreed time and they confirmed us for a later tour but in English, but my partner doesn't speak that language so it was a total waste. Those from the agency blamed Trip Advisor. Terrible!
