This was worth every penny! Sammy was amazing. We ended up having a private tour thanks to the other couple canceling and it truly couldn’t have been better. The SUV was comfortable and Sammy was great. He was personable, funny, and we had a great time. We were the first people at the canyon and it was magical. No lines. No people. Just us exploring as though the Grand Canyon was just ours. We took fantastic photos and loved it. The ride back was wonderful too. We were shown and taught a lot about the area. The Hoover Dam was really great as well. I can’t recommend this tour enough and not being in a bus was really worth it. Lunch was provided. It was good (sandwich). Overall, really wonderful and would request Sammy again if we could.
We took a personal tour to the Grand Canyon and Hoover Dam from Vegas and it was AMAZING! Daniel was our host and he could not have done a better job taking care of us. He was timely, entertaining, educational and very kind and caring. The vehicle was excellent, we left super early which allowed us to beat all the other tours - we truly had the Grand Canyon to ourselves! Highly recommend this tour and suggest you request Daniel!

Would 100% recommend this tour. Our Driver, called LT was on time, professional and so friendly and full of knowledge. He explained everything fully and because we got there early we were the first to go on the Skywalk and then go to Guano Point. He took photos and answered all of your questions and pointed out highlights and things on the way. We left just as the crowds arrived! Worth the extra money paying this and completely missing crowds. This tour took us 7 hours, rather than the 12 hours estimated on a bus tour. If you book as for LT - the best!
This trip was awful from the moment it began... Our driver arrived late to the 5:45am pickup (with no apology), then proceeded to provide our included continental breakfast which consisted of a muffin and nothing more. Upon setting off, he informed us that we would need to buy tickets for the Skywalk at the Grand Canyon (which were included/paid for), then upon us pointing out they were included, informed us that he hadn't read the invoice prior to picking us up. Twenty minutes into the drive he began playing music from his phone (no involvement from us as to if we wanted to listen to music, or perhaps hear information about the Grand Canyon), only speaking when we arrived at the gas station (whereby our group purchased actual breakfast). After the tour was completed and we were back in the vehicle, our driver decided the best course of action was to spend a significant amount of time on WhatsApp (while unable to stay in the lane), ironically messaging both his office and also Farmers Insurance (ironic given the crash we expected to be in). Overall, while it was great to visit the Grand Canyon, our tour was nothing more than an awkward / dangerous taxi ride.

We conducted a full investigation into your complaint by reviewing the dashcam footage which also records the date & times to gather the facts. Regarding the Skywalk tickets that mistake was on our end not the drivers because up until that day, we did not include Skywalk tickets in the tour packages. That was the first day that we included Skywalk tickets in all tour packages and the office forgot to make him aware of this new change upon his departure which is why he did not read the invoice prior to picking you up. But after you made him aware that the tickets were included, we noticed that he did apologize to you and corrected the mistake by telling you that Skywalk tickets were included in your tour. Regarding your pickup time we noticed that the pickup time on his itinerary said 6 a.m. not 5:45 a.m. The pickup time that you was sent to you by email was in error because the agent who processed your invoice & pickup time was a new employee who was in training and the agent made a couple of simple mistakes while processing your booking & sending you your courtesy reminder. Again, this was an error on behalf of the agent in the office not the drivers fault at all. Unfortunately, this series of mistakes may have negatively impacted your experience and for that we truly apologize. We did not see any addional evidence regarding your other claims but we take full responsibility for the mistakes that happened on our end and we will work very hard to correct those honest mistakes. However it's important to note that you were picked up in a fully loaded luxury SUV. (Suburban) You were the first tour company to arrive at the Grand Canyon itself ahead of all the buses and was a part of the first 11 visitors, you beat all of the crowds & avoided the long lines. We provided you with full lunches and returned you to your hotel by 2pm. Those important facts are also worth mentioning and not to be skipped over as well. We are not perfect but we will work hard as not to repeat those mistakes again.

My husband and I planned our trip to Las Vegas expressly as a jumping off point for a visit to the Grand Canyon. The canyon is beautiful and impressive and surprisingly quiet. We hit it big-time in Vegas with our VIP tour to the canyon and especially with Sammy, our tour guide. He was personable, knowledgeable, timely and attentive. His expertise made our trip not only hassle-free but also educational. If he handles your tour, you will not be disappointed. He went above and beyond and exceeded our expectations (which already were high based on the reviews of Viator we heard from friends and read on-line). Overall, it was a great experience.

Our driver Bruce was awesome. He was very knowledgeable and had a great personality. We had an awesome time. We Would definitely recommend.
This was an amazing trip. The driver, L.T did a great job keeping us on track. He was on time, courteous, and a good driver. You're really buying your time back by going with this company and to me it was worth it. You're also in a nice, comfortable vehicle which I can now appreciate how much that meant. The scenery on the drive is amazing as well, and L.T would point out and talk about points of interest. When we got to the Grand Canyon, we pretty much had the place to ourselves. By the time we left, the other tourists were just coming in. Our first stop was Hoover Dam, and this is my only disappointment. I would have liked to have stopped and been able to get out of the vehicle to take in the view and take pictures. L.T would kindly stop to take a picture if asked and he stopped briefly at some preplanned highlights. Maybe for time's sake, they didn't think it was worth it to get out of the vehicle. It is not a deal breaker as the Grand Canyon was the main attraction. My suggestion is if you really want to spend time at the Hoover Dam, take a separate tour or go on your own. The time spent at each place at the Grand Canyon was sufficient as there's really not that much to do unless you want to hike. It is an amazing sight to see and I'm glad we went. We had a nice Subway wrap, chips, and water handed out before we left the Grand Canyon and ate on the way back. Why eat while riding instead of stopping to eat? Because you want to get back to Vegas early and we did. I'm grateful I was able to share this with my daughter and granddaughter and this was extra special because it was no stress, comfortable, and it didn't take all day - which gave us more time to do other things.
Prompt arrival. Sammie was a very Courteous and knowledgeable driver. The rest stop was clean and the cashier was nice also. Really appreciated our early arrival before the crowd and the umbrella for the heat. Very comfortable vehicle The VIP service was outstanding. Recommend confirming diet before purchasing lunch.
