Our tour guide did not show up and we were unable to contact them. The customer service people did not agree to refund us our money. It was and is very frustrating and upsetting:

Having looked into this thoroughly, we can confirm that your host Maxime was at the meeting point and waited for 45 minutes on the day. There appears to have been a miscommunication around the exact meeting location, which unfortunately led to you being in different places at the same time. We understand this was still a disappointing outcome, regardless of how it unfolded. We genuinely wish the afternoon had gone differently for you. We had an informative, interesting and pleasant afternoon with many delicacies with Jay.
Tour was amazing. Anukool was an excellent guide and shared interesting tidbits about the neighborhood all night. The food was very good. We were able to try things we never would have thought to. Would definitely recommend.

Met Robert our guide just outside the underground, we were delighted to be the only 2 on the tour. He ws very friendly and knowledgeable, we tried local chocolate, crepes, and quiche, all delicious 😋 we did this tour on a Monday which was a better day, no crowds like the weekend, totaly recommend this tour with Robert from Amsterdam.
Our walking tour with Iza in Paris was truly one of the highlights of our trip. From the very start, she was warm, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable about the city. It felt less like a tour and more like spending the day with an old friend, strolling through Paris and sharing great conversation. Each stop was delicious and thoughtfully chosen. Iza even took our dietary restrictions into account, which we appreciated so much. Her passion for Paris, its food, and its history shone through at every moment, making the experience both fun and meaningful. Iza is absolutely terrific, she brought the city to life for us and truly made our vacation unforgettable. Highly recommend!
Anukool was a great guide for this experience. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable about the whole area. He took us to non-touristy places, some that have been in business for more than 100 years so you know they’re good. There was a good balance of savory and sweet dishes. Even though this was billed as 10 “tastings”, the portions were generous. Highly recommend Anukool and this delicious food tour.
I don't remember who the guide was (sorry) but she was lovely and very friendly. She walked us all around Montmartre and we ate our way through while also learning about the history of the neighborhood. Recommend!
Our guide Alpha was amazing. She was very much a local and she really knew the area we were in. it was one of the best food tours we have had, really can't say enough good things. We have to adapt to some of the needs in our family and she was great about it. Everyone had a wonderful time.
