Este passeio gastronômico é como uma aula de história através da comida. Junte-se a mim, um morador de Praga, e a outros gourmets de todo o mundo e deixe-me levá-lo em uma viagem da comida tcheca tradicional à contemporânea. Visitaremos de 4 a 5 pubs, restaurantes, cafeterias e bares diferentes e explicarei por que nós, tchecos, comemos o que comemos. Falarei sobre minha infância em Praga, como foi viver sob o regime comunista e responderei a qualquer uma de suas perguntas. Também falaremos sobre armadilhas para turistas, o que não fazer em Praga e darei muitas dicas e recomendações não apenas para Praga, mas também para seus futuros destinos de viagem. Porque todos nós sabemos como a comida ruim pode estragar suas férias.

Itinerário
Começaremos nosso tour gastronômico na cidade velha, onde comeremos comida tcheca mais tradicional. Entre toda a comida e bebida, caminharemos até a próxima parada e falarei sobre a história tcheca, a arquitetura e minhas experiências pessoais morando na República Tcheca.
Visitaremos a Praça Venceslau e falarei sobre o nosso passado comunista e o presente democrático da República Checa. Entraremos na política e na religião, mas só se você insistir e depois de algumas cervejas ;)
Visitaremos bairros locais e futuros, como Karlin ou Vinohrady, e falaremos sobre a vida atual em Praga e na República Tcheca. Discutiremos educação, saúde e licença maternidade enquanto bebemos e comemos prazeres culposos.

Food choices were excellent and tailored to our group. He is very personable and has a strong knowledge of the culture and history, which we greatly appreciated. Martin has an expansive knowledge of food styles and preparation and can provide recommendations of places to try based on your interests and preferences. The tour felt well paced, thoughtfully organized, and gave us a much better sense of Prague beyond the typical tourist experience. We left full, learned a great deal, and would absolutely recommend this tour to anyone visiting the city.
Great personalized experience with local and traditional Czech food! He was very knowledgeable about the history and tied it into the food experience. He tailored the experience to our preferences and made other recommendations for our trip. I would highly recommend!
We learned about and enjoyed classic dishes. Our guide, Martin, took us to a pub, restaurants and wine bar where we got to experience a variety of foods. Wonderful food tour! Martin showed us to 4 places where we enjoyed both traditional and modern Czech food and drink and ended with some coffee and dessert. Martin shared Czech history, sprinkled in current events, and he answered all our questions throughout. He was an amazing local guide with such pride for his country. Highly, highly recommend this tour. Come hungry!
We had a great time with Martin in Prague! He took us to 5 different places for traditional Czech food and beverages, while providing a lot of background and history on Czech customs. The portions were large and everything was delicious. We also walked a bit in between stops and he gave us some history and stories along the way. I highly recommend this tour!
What a stupendous tour with Martin. Martin showed us the best food and drink in Praha. We appreciated Martin's extensive knowledge of history, culture and all things culinary and his great sense of humor. Spending s day in meat-centric Praha with a butcher with as added plus. Our tour with Martin was excellent in every way. Just tell him what you want and he will tailor everything to your needs. In our case it was Czech food and beer. We all really enjoyed getting to know him over the course of the tour. 10 of 10 stars!
Martin took us on the most delicious food tour, highly recommend! We got to try some new things and everything was high quality. You will certainly get your money's worth and then some. Food, beer, coffee, lemonade, desserts were all so yummy. We also learned a lot about the city and its history and got to see a lot of areas. Martin went out of his way to give us lots of recommendations (and traps to avoid), he was so friendly and helpful.
