Our tour guide Galya was brilliant and any future tour that she leads will learn so much. Excellent.

Overall, this was just a horrible experience after there was a travel issue and I contacted them. They were initially really great and offered me a time on Sunday to rearrange my other plans to make it and I accepted. When I showed up at the correct time as agreed to and my new ticket was the man at check-in was incredibly aggressively and refused to let me on the tour he said now it’s busy I wanted to come back. I could come back at two and then he said actually it’s going to be three and he basically said I had to stand around until he felt like it because I was not being truthful, I showed him the WhatsApp messages from the office who rescheduled my tour and he still refused and then got really aggressive and continue to tell me that I was not being truthful. He told me my other option was now waiting two hours in the sun and maybe he would get me on when I told him I was going to request a refund since they were refusing to honor the ticket. He got very aggressive and screaming at me and making a try and scene. Then the tour leader who I was supposed to be on, explained to the group that people like me show up late and miss their appointment, so everybody turned to look at me when I was not in the wrong at all. Your “manager” then gone on a call with me and continued being incredibly aggressive and basically saying that he’s been trying to reach me even though they’ve never responded once once I told him what was going on. He did offer and say that he was trying to process a full refund because otherwise I was claiming fraud from my credit card company as this whole experience was horrible. Do not do business with them. They said it’s totally normal that they overbooked and do not honor tickets.
Great experience and way to see David and the other actual sculptures, instead of the replicas in Piazza Della Signoria. Our guide, Gayla, was passionate about Michelangelo’s works and informative, while keeping the pace moving at an interesting level. The walk through the instrument museum was also interesting and an appropriate amount of time spent before being able to marvel at Michelangelo’s David. Definitely worth the extra $ to skip the long lines and have a knowledgeable and enthusiastic guide.

The guide was outstanding! I had a 10Am time but was asked to come early because the guide was not able to make it. i arrived early and they asked me if i wanted to go in at 9am. it was just 4 people and the guide. loved the small group. my only problem was my head phones did not work. we tried several others and still not working. like i said it was a small group and I heard everything.
Our tour guide was excellent, clearly very passionate about art, history and the stories art can tell us about both the past and present. The meeting point was straightforward enough, but very impersonal. We were literally a number on the list & the greeter couldn’t have cared less😂. Once into the museum, it was clear the guide was well worth the money. We went super early, which meant we got there before the crowds and got a good amount of time to explore in relative peace. Great as a family experience, we had our 7 year old daughter with us who loved the ear piece so she could listen and meant she felt involved. The guide included her in his presentation and made sure she understood, which was really kind. Would recommend, if money allows.
