Villa Ashton O espírito extremamente rico da excêntrica Betty Brown está perambulando pelos elegantes salões da Ashton Villa. Muitos viram Betty vestindo um vestido turquesa e carregando um leque durante um evento luxuoso realizado na mansão. Até a morte não consegue impedir Betty de ser a vida da festa ... e assustar os convidados até a morte.
Sealy Mansion (portões abertos) John Sealy queria o melhor para sua família, então decidimos construir a maior e mais luxuosa casa da ilha. A sala de jogos das crianças ficava no sótão e tinha um palco na Broadway. Até hoje as crianças continuam a se apresentar para qualquer um corajoso o suficiente para testemunhar as portas do palco se abrindo e fechando sozinhas. Magnolia Sealy, o chefe da casa é visto vagando pelos corredores muito tímido para falar com os visitantes.
