Excursão extrema de buggy de 3 horas em Punta Cana

Overall it was a good experience minus the fact that once arrived we had to wait over a hour to leave the ranch not a lot of mud till you get to the closer to the beach also bring a backpack or something to put stuff in our phone was lost on the buggies no fault of the workers or guide though they were very friendly with helping to try and find it

Spent more time at vendors than driving. Vehicles are in bad repair. 45 degrees play on both side of steering wheel. When making a turn vehicle goes straight almost crashing. The brake hardly works. The only good thing about the excursion was the guide. Very helpful since wife has trouble walking because of her bad knees.

The best that Punta Cana has in terms of excursions, good for the family, couples and sharing in general, truly.

They picked us up very punctually, the transportation was very comfortable, the staff at the base is very friendly and attentive, we had a lot of fun...what we loved most was the cenote

Although the scenery is nice my bad review starts with the wait time. While you’re there you will be waiting for a long time for no reason. I spent most of my excursion waiting and everything was overpriced. Not only was there a wait time but you also get harassed by locals trying to sell you their products. The buggies were also in such terrible condition, half broken and doesn’t even ride properly. To have a nice one you had to pay extra.I had an altercation at the end of the excursion trying to buy my photos. On trip advisor it says the photo package is $40 but it seems like they tell people different prices. I am Dominican my self but I spoke only English the whole time. In the beginning of the excursion I over heard a conversation the photographer was having with another person in Spanish saying the pictures were $40, but he tells me that the pictures were $60. I then remind him about the conversation that I over heard and he tells me he doesn’t know who told me that. He ends up noticing that I was correct then brings the price down to $40 which was the original price. When my fiancé and I were going to check out there was a lady working in the front. My fiancé does not know Spanish and the lady said “tell him to pay me, he keeps looking at me” with an attitude to the guy who takes pictures. That’s when I told her about herself. Also I do not recommend buying anything in the gift shop. It is overly expensive and you can buy all of the items they sell at either your resort gift shop or at another excursion for way cheaper. In conclusion if you’re going to do this type of buggie tour book with someone else.

Great experience - I was in the last group for the day so everything was a bit rushed. My guide who they called Coca-Cola is a really great guy - I recommend him, the other one was a bit unprofessional. I was shocked how they could not offer me water to drink (as they don't have cups lol!). I suggest for that price you should offer at least free water to the customers, especially given the fact how hot it is out there. Otherwise it was a fun experience :)

This excursion was very fun, the people were very friendly. I'll do it again soon. I recommend it!!!!

We loved it, the boys are very friendly and fun, we loved the natural cenote, the beach was incredible for my daughter. Very nice tour we recommend it
