Excursão em grupo pequeno no Delta do Mekong com Pagoda de Vinh Trang (máx 10)

We had a wonderful day visiting Vinh Trang Pagoda, My Tho and Ben Tre. The boat trips through the canals, the coconut candy workshop, the local fruits and the peaceful countryside made this tour a memorable experience. A special thanks to Jacky Hieu, our guide. Speaking Vietnamese, English and French fluently, he was knowledgeable, friendly and always happy to answer our questions. His enthusiasm and kindness made the experience even more enjoyable. Mr. Troung or “Tru” was so good!! He is well versed with the Mekong region as his family is from here. He was the perfect guide. His knowledge of the region was a mixture of history and personal experience. We had a small group and we all got along well and enjoyed talking to each other. The experience itself was wonderful. It could be a little touristy-but that didn’t bother us. We had a tight schedule where we only had a day to explore. It’s a great tour if you have one day-otherwise, I’d recommend going for. Two day tour where you actually stay over night in the region and go further into the Mekong to experience the floating market. But this tour was special because our tour guide was really exceptional. We started off with a tour of the local pogada and huge reclining Buddha. And then we went to the port where we met our captain and boat for the day. The day of the tour, it was more hot than usual in Vietnam. We saw a person who needed a little extra care and Troung was on it. He was compassionate and helpful. He asked us as a group if we were all comfortable throughout the tour and made sure we were all comfortable. We had so much fun! We were served a tasty lunch and a peaceful row down the river with smiling villagers. We also had a bike ride through the village and liked the alligators and snakes they had in the village. It was a lot of fun experiencing the tour and learning about the history of the region.

This is one of the shorter excursions that doesn't involve getting up at the Crack of dawn. Experience the different types of specialities in each village. Boat ride through canal. Nice lunch . Bike ride through village. Visit pagoda . The bus picks you up at the hotel. Neu out tour guide was amazing and very knowledgeable

The experience was great starting with our guide, Ken, a very friendly, attentive and nice boy. Very willing to help and very friendly. The walk, great, many different and very interesting visits. Delicious food, very varied and good. The transport van, also very well, comfortable and spacious. The very good driver. A super experience. Highly recommended.

A lot was packed into the day which was great. Didn’t like everyone asking for money - each stop/activity.

Took the deluxe small group tour with Tri. The tour was well run and the time spent at each stop was appropriate. Communication before and during the tour was excellent. The van used was clean, comfortable with a good driver. Tri shared a lot of information on the area. His English is good and he speaks clearly. I enjoyed the variety of activities. The grounds of the pagoda are very beautiful. Lunch was excellent and not the same old stuff. I also enjoyed taking a bike for a ride after lunch. It is thru the local neighborhood and was very peaceful and colorful with kids and dogs and chickens. One thing I could have been better prepared for was the small tips for the singers and sampan rowers. I loved the small group format, it was totally worth the few extra dollars vs the big groups in big buses that I saw. Definitely recommend.

Guide and driver were awesome Basically the whole day is an infomercial but it was fine and i enjoyed the day, my young son 7 yo loved it. Lots of food you will not be hungry, very touristy but just a sample of the mekong but convenient day trip but a long day and very hot! You dont have to think at all and well organised!
