Embarque em uma excursão de um dia para pequenos grupos ao Monte Cook. Saindo de Queenstown, você experimentará as paisagens alpinas únicas dos Alpes do Sul enquanto viaja pelo Mackenzie Country e pelo Parque Nacional Aoraki Mount Cook. Depois de sair de Queenstown, nossa primeira parada icônica é Cromwell, 'Fruit Bowl of the South', e suas grandes esculturas de frutas. Cromwell é o centro de Central Otago, a famosa região vinícola da Pinot Noir.
No caminho para Mount Cook, viajaremos pelo dramático Lindis Pass. Maravilhe-se com a espetacular paisagem montanhosa enquanto passamos de Central Otago para a Bacia Mackenzie.
Faremos uma breve parada na pitoresca vila de Omarama, onde você terá a oportunidade de fazer um lanche ou comida para levar para o almoço em Mt Cook. A partir daqui, passaremos pelos canais Twizel, seguindo em direção às águas azuis brilhantes do Lago Pukaki.
Antes de entrar no Mount Cook Village, faremos uma parada às margens do Lago Pukaki, o maior lago da região, exibindo com orgulho o pico mais alto da Nova Zelândia, Aoraki/Monte Cook.
Bem-vindo ao Mount Cook Village. Aqui você terá algum tempo livre para desfrutar deste local dramático. Opte por dar um passeio até o Lago Mueller para ver de perto as geleiras do Monte Sefton, caminhe ao longo da Hooker Valley Track ou aproveite a chance de experimentar uma das incríveis atividades que o Monte Cook tem a oferecer.
Em seguida, iniciamos a viagem de volta a Queenstown. Depois de um dia cheio de passeios, aproveite para relaxar e apreciar a paisagem incrível. Daremos a você a chance de esticar as pernas durante a viagem, retornando a Queenstown por volta das 19h30.

- A Hooker Valley Trek é uma trilha de caminhada DOC (Departamento de Conservação) e recomendamos que apenas aqueles com condicionamento físico médio completem toda a trilha (dependendo do tempo). Temos um horário de partida rigoroso de Mt Cook Village e todos os caminhantes devem retornar nesse horário.

I joined this tour as a solo traveller hoping to enjoy the journey with some company, and it exceeded my expectations. A huge thank you to Sinchan, who was an amazing guide - friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience so much fun. The scenery was absolutely breathtaking, and I honestly wished I could have stayed there forever. Highly recommend this tour! And as a bonus... the guide is also very cute and definitely date material. 😉

The trip was amazing and contained a few highlights, including the hooker valley trek and a paid upgrade option to experience alpine snow landing. Everything was smoothly organised and run by the tour operators (altitude) and our guide for the day, Sinchan, was amazing, helpful and super knowledgeable.

Tour to Mount Cook was fantastic. Lovely sunny day meant beautiful views both along the way and at Mount Cook. Walked to Hooker Trail for more great views. James and Nicole were great- friendly and informative. Altitude tours ran everything well from great communication before tour, pickup on time and comfy van. Will tour with them again!!.

We absolutely loved our Mount Cook day trip with Stuart and Caleb! We got lucky with a beautifully clear day and our time at Mount Cook and the Hooker Valley Track walk and Alpine Center lunch was perfect. Our guides had entertaining and informational commentary and we enjoyed getting to chat with them and learning more about the area. We even had time for a few fun stops on the way and got to see more of the landscape. We would 100% book with Altitude again!

Our first tour going to Mt. Cook was full of knowledge, smiles and laughter even when we were still in the van. SinChan deserves a pay rise, promotion and an award. He is such a passionate tour guide. His vibe is just amazing. We had a number of tour guides before but this man is just outstanding in all aspects. Absolutely incredible day tour from Queenstown to Mount Cook National Park. Sinchan was our driver and tour guide and would absolutely recommend him. He was energetic, fun and very knowledgeable! The drive itself was beautiful as was Mount Cook National Park. As per Sinchan’s recommendation we did a 25 minute helicopter ride which was an experience I recommend for all! Landing ontop of a mountain and looking down at a glacier was incredible! Definitely the highlight of the trip

We had such an amazing time to Mt Cook yesterday. We made multiple stops along the way with the most stunning views. We were also lucky enough to do a 25minute helicopter ride which was such a bucket list moment. We couldn’t recommend our tour guide enough - Sinchan was so knowledgeable and made our experience so smooth and comfortable.

Did the tour to Mt Cook and option of 25 min yesterday 24 April. Tour guide Chelsea was very knowledgeable and ensured we all had a great time. Even stopped to get an awesome sunset photo on the way back to Queenstown. Recommend the Heli ride ! Bonkaz!
