The tour guide Gayane and the driver Aro where amazing and Gayane was great and full of knowledge. By this point it was our4th tour and this was the only one that took the time to go over the history of certain areas we drove through and stopped at. Only thing I didn't like was the "winery tour" you walk into the area where the tanks are stored and the briefly talk about the history and that's it is over. The lunch though was amazing it was a nice cozy place and the food was soooo good the seasoning on the meats was on point and the owner was awesome and super friendly. I'll def be booking with Gayane and Aro again!

All tours with Hyur are good and well organized. This specific tour takes you to visit Shaki falls, which are interesting, Tatev, which is fantastic and a Hin Areni winery. However, as Tatev is far away from Yerevan it is a very long tour. Several tours go to Tatev, maybe there is a shorter one (not sure) Our guide Marina was very good and accommodating to our needs.

Everything was great. It's a long road, but it's worth it. Scenic road, amazing places. I recommend you take chicken when you stop for lunch. I would really like more free time in Tatev itself. Driver Karen drove the bus carefully. Guide Edward was energetic throughout the tour.

This was my second Hyur Service tour and this one delivered just as good as the first one. The sites at the waterfall were breathtaking and it was like a mini adventure because we walked through a trail to get to the waterfall. The Tatev monasteries are also beautiful, and still standing from a long time ago. Our tour guide Eduard and driver Karen were also amazing. Eduard spoke Russian and English so all of the people could understand. He also told us many interesting stories and facts along the way about the places we were going. And Karen was very skillful and got us to all of our stops safely. Overall, another amazing experience from Hyur Service.

A wonderful trip to southern Armenia. It was interesting to see the winery and taste the local wine. The Shaki Waterfall was a pleasant surprise and evoked a wonderful feeling. Tatev Monastery and the Wings of Tatev was amazing. The forests, mountains, and various buildings within the complex are very interesting. Many thanks to our driver Khachik, and guide Nina❤️

HyurService is a very professional tour operator. Everything goes seamlessly according to the program. Although the Tatev Monastery/Areni Wine/ Shaki Waterfall tour takes around 14 hours but our friendly guide Karen filled it with extensive explanations. He even chanted an Armenian psalm at Tatev which was highly appreciated. The only setback of the tour was the bumpy roads but the driver (another Karen) did his best to evade the potholes.

I had an excellent experience with Hyur Service. The entire tour was very well organized from start to finish, which made everything smooth and enjoyable. The driver was extremely punctual, he actually arrived even earlier than the scheduled pickup time, which was really appreciated. It set a great tone for the day and showed their professionalism. Our guide, Ashod, was outstanding. He stayed with us the whole time and provided detailed explanations at every stop. What impressed us most was that he didn’t limit his insights to just the scheduled destinations. He also shared interesting information about places we passed along the way, making the journey itself just as engaging as the stops. The driver was also highly experienced. On the way back, we encountered heavy fog, but he handled the situation with confidence and skill, making us feel completely safe throughout. Overall, I highly recommend Hyur Service for anyone looking for a well-organized and informative tour experience.
