An incredible tour and experience! We stopped at several of the most beautiful places I’ve seen in my life. Our tour guide, Ram, was amazing. Very knowledgeable, he pointed out the names as well as the heights of all the mountains on our trip. He kept everyone cool and hydrated, checking that the AC was at the correct temperature in the bus and handing out bottles of water. The highlight was stopping at the side of the road to see a black bear stroll around the bus and cross the road in front of us! Couldn’t recommend more.
My driver, Ram, really took care of all of us even though some trouble happened. He tried to do his best to complete the itinerary and make us happy. I really appreciate your effort and having me in your group! I would say that you have to book the Icefield Explorer in advance because it is definitely worth it!

The trip was spectacular! Big thanks to our guide, Ram. He was able to make us feel comfortable throughout the whole trip and make sure we have a good time. He would give the coolest fun facts and offer to take photos of you! Very attentive and warm-hearted. My pickup was at Calgary, and everything started smoothly. We went to Canmore first, then Banff town, to pick up more people. The first stop was Lake Louise, and we came at the perfect time 'cause it wasn't as crowded as it was on my previous visit. We then stopped on a lake viewpoint where he took this photo of me. I first told him that I don't like having photos of myself taken, but he was able to convince me by reminding me that it's for the memories. It turned out to be so lovely! Next stop was Bow Lake, which was very peaceful and serene. Then another gorgeous lake viewpoint, before we headed to Jasper for the Icefield experience. Ram guided us into the centre and made sure we were in the correct line-ups for our respective tickets. He didn't just leave us to figure things out on our own. The centre was chaotic inside and we were thankful for Ram's guidance. We had 3 hours to spend on our own terms in the Columbia Icefield center. I had chosen the Skywalk experience while others opted for the Glacier Adventure. We had enough time to explore everything and have lunch. 3 hours later, we all met up again, ready to head to our next stops. But while driving, Ram spotted a black bear on the side of the road and was able to stop next to it to give us a closer view! I'm from Northern Alberta, and I've seen plenty of bears myself, but the rest of our team was from other countries, and it might've been a once in a lifetime experience for them. Ram's attention to detail was impressive. And he was able to stop safely. After that, we proceeded to another viewpoint before we headed to the final stop, Peyto Lake. Peyto Lake was supposed to come earlier in our trip, but Ram was told that it was too busy. It then became our final stop instead, which was perfect 'cause the crowd has died down when we reached it. He once again took beautiful photos of everyone. And he personally guided us to the viewing decks, because there was no service in the area and he couldn't risk losing any of us xD I got lost while exploring one of the previous stops and he was thankfully only a call away. He was able to help. Nobody got lost in Peyto Lake! We all had a good time. Completing our trip, he drove back to our drop-off points. His driving is also impressive. Both careful and swift. I was the last person to be dropped off, and he made sure I was all comfortable for the rest of the ride. Ram was incredible. I've been on other tours before, and he was the best guide I've ever met! Just kind and amazing through and through. Thanks so so much to him, as well as the rest of the travelers I was with. Everyone was nice and pleasant to be with.
Visited lots of great locations and our guide was very friendly. Made sure everyone had a chance to get photos when we saw a black bear
