We had a very good driver, Mark, and we travelled through Osaka and Nara. It was nice to be able to cover both places in one day.
We booked an Osaka tour, instead the company arranged for the tour to be around Koyoto area. The day before we made sure to confirm with the company its Oska that we will be visiting. The driver turned up on day thinking we are visiting Koyoto. He couldn't communicate with us, so we ended up visiting Koyoto for few hours only as we had already visited Koyoto the day before.
Not satisfied because driver doesnt speak english although I requested english speaking driver. We dont know where we sre.
We had a terrific tour of Kyoto. Rumiko-San is the best guide! She picked us up right from the platform of our train. She was knowledgeable, for our private tour, she took us to great places and sites in Kyoto, customized for us. We had so much fun. Thank you Rumiko-San and the driver. Terrific team!
requested English speaking tour quide which used did not receive. BOOKING AGENT WAS AT FAULT NOT THE DRIVER/GUIDE.
We had an amazing experience with this company. Our driver Akira was punctual, professional and eager to help. The language barrier wasn’t an issue at all with the help of Google translate. We explored Kyoto visiting Fushimi, Arayshimyama and Kiyomizudera. The temples were stunning with beautiful views. I particularly loved the street food in Arayshimyama. I’m looking forward to returning and exploring more of Japan. I will using this company again.
Just what we wanted a flexible means of exploring Kansai on a day we were changing Hotels! Good value
Gold temple was amaze to see it and the blosom around, it was the claimax of the tour. Also park nara was beutiful we enjoed there
Yang, our driver/guide was accommodating. Prior to the tour, Lucy was very helpful in finalizing our itinerary. Vehicle is in good condition too.
Only had half a day to see the Fantastic Cherry Blossoms in Osaka. Flight left at 5:45 PM that day. So Ken picked us up at the cruise port, drove to the castle, accompanied us around, took our photos and got us to the KIX airport on time!! Awesome Job
