I booked a guided tour with hotel to hotel pickup and drop off. After being picked up was told that we would not be dropped off at hotel. We were dropped off 1.3 miles from hotel after a full 8 hour day 4 in the car. Car was too small for 3 people seated in the back seat. My wife had to sit in middle mashed between me and some other person. If you pay for hotel pickup and drop off it should be mandatory. I have been on many trips with your company around the world and have never had this happen. The guide was knowledgeable and friendly and the driver was good but the two things listed definitely made the experience less than expected.
Hi Terry, thank you for posting a review of our Gaucho Day Tour Santa Susana Estancia From Buenos Aires. Your opinion is important to us and will certainly help other travelers. This is a regular coach tour and due to we are in the low season, we provided a much smaller vehicle in order not to cancel the service. Regarding the drop-off, it is clearly stated that it is not included at the same meeting point and the details how to coordinate it. Return point: Dowtown area. - Puerto Madero / Obelisco / Galerias Pacifico Shopping Mall - to be coordinated with the tour guide. We would have liked to know more about the services at the ranch, that would help other travelers, too. Cordially, Carlos
Great Experience! The drive to the country, the guide, the horses, the museum, gauchos and the best bbq meats of our Buenos Aires 5 day visit. All 1st class. The guide Annali made our day special.

Having done this experience before at this same estancia, I decided to repeat it with my partner who had never been. As was expected, the staff at the estancia were most hospitable and kind. Our guide, Anahí was super sweet and very conversational with us. The food and dance show that followed were also outstanding. I highly recommend. However, please be advised that the description shown on Viator is inaccurate. We chose this specific tour that was considerably more expensive than others for the simple reason that this one indicated you could go horseback riding. When here 10 years ago, you could and was expecting it again. It turns out, and understandably so, that the estancia no longer offers horseback riding and has not for some time, according to Daniel, one of the gauchos on the estancia. In short, I feel we paid way too much, especially because there was no indication that horseback riding was no longer available. I am not angry, but do believe we are do a portion of a refund. Also, please update the description, as it is no longer (nor has it been) accurate. Thanks so much!
Hi, thank you for posting a review. We regret to hear that your experience was not as you expected. March 12th was a rainy day, it ran cats and dogs, a thunder storm and with mud everywhere. It is too risky on a day like that was and it was the reason you could not ride horses. Cordially, Carlos.
Our guide was terrific. Besides good commentary he was very alert to keeping us safe as well as informed. We appreciated that personal touch. My only negative was that your transportation did not return us to our hotel. Instead we were left in the center of town at peak traffic time to find our own way home. We were not happy with that

Hi Camila, thank you for posting a review about our Gaucho Day Tour Santa Susana Estancia From Buenos Aires. Your opinion will help other travelers. We really appreciate it. Best regards, Carlos.
My husband and I visited Estancia Santa Susana last march and had a lovely day. We were picked up at our hotel a few minutes after 9 am. And we arrived at the estancia before noon where we were welocomed by the gauchos with empanadas and drinks at the old pulperia (grocery store). Next, we had some time to ride on horses before we were called for lunch. The argentine meat is their specialty and it was very tasty and tender. We attended a gaucho show while having lunch, too. The weather was sunny and warm and there were some other outdoor activities with horses performed by the gauchos. Our guide was very efficient and did a great job explaining everything. We really had a memorable day..!
Hi Thank you for posting a review. It is good to know that everything went well. Thanks again for trusting our agency..! Best regards, Carlos.
The meal is average, the museum is really like junk yard, the horses are very old. The brief dance is a bit below average. The horse show was good. Our tour lady was friendly
Thank you for taking your time to post a review. We really appreciate your opininion. Their museum is decorated with old furniture, guns and other gadgets that belong to their family. It is something more to enjoy but not the main attraction. They provide the oldest horses because they are used to be with people, they are special for those visitors who do not ride well or have any experience at all. They offer different cuts of meat that may be different to the ones you have in your country but they are barbacued the argentine way...! Best regards, Carlos.
