This was an excellent experience. I would recommend it to anyone. Our whole group ranging from 18 to 75 enjoyed every moment of the tour.

What a great day! The experience with Pure Bavaria tours was efficient and professional from start to finish. Mario was wonderful during the organizing process. and Armin, our guide, was fantastic! He also ordered up some great weather for us affording us spectacular views! Thank you for a wonderful experience and I look forward to sending business your way!

Armin. Period. Lol. He was the driver. He got us to a family bakery for coffee on the way there. He got us the tickets while we stood in line for the bus. Got us to the bridge before the crowds to take the pics. Picked us up at exact time. On way home, we stopped at church of the weeping Jesus and an amazing cheese farm with 360 view of the alps. Cheese and meat plate along with crisp white wine to complete the meal. Amazing. Second day in a row we had him as driver and he made the two days complete.

Mario was wonderful and made the day a perfect. We were able to customize the stops and timing to the abilities of our group and still make a full and exciting day.

Picked up from our hotel, Mario was an excellent and friendly guide who drove us through the country side of Bavaria, stopping at small villages on the way to see local churches, have coffee and delicious pastries. Being dropped off at the castle with tickets arranged meant we knew what time the tour started and there was plenty of time to climb the hill to see the castle. On the way back we stopped at a country farm and had a great selection of cheeses and cold beer / drinks and yummy cheese cakes for dessert. Being a small tour of no more the 8 people made it easy and the van was spacious and comfortable with air conditioning. Mario has a good sense of humour and helped with a number of good tips about travelling around Germany. We would highly recommend this tour, especially if you want a hassle free way to see the castle and not be caught up in a large crowded organised tours.

A very bad experience. I was allowed an English-speaking group. From the first room of the castle, while I was taking a selfie, an employee took me by the arm and told me that he had advised on the audio guide that taking photos was prohibited. I tried to explain to him that I had not heard the instructions. But he dragged me towards the door very roughly, and once I got out, he told me that now I could take all the photos I wanted outside! I find this rude and rude behavior very inappropriate, and for this reason I strongly recommend avoiding this visit to Neuschwanstein. Once evicted, I met an elderly couple who had just been evicted for the same reason, and without prior warning. I find this treatment unfair, in addition to the waste of time spent going to Neuschwanstein only to end up not visiting anything. When I mentioned this to the Pure Bavaria Tours driver, instead of sympathizing and telling me that he would pass my grievances on to the castle's customer service staff, he told me that I just had to not contravene the Law, even though he was not present during the visit. For these reasons, I give the minimum score to this Neuschwanstein Castle Tour, and to the driver who should have warned us that it was forbidden to take selfies or any photos at Neuschwanstein Castle.

家族旅行でノイスバインシュタイン城のツアーを申し込みました。子供の頃からの憧れの場で、2ヶ月以上前に申し込み完了してました。が、前日の夜に突然メールのみで天候不順を理由にキャンセルの連絡あり、何度も電話しましたが全く繋らず、泣く泣く諦めました。然し、当日の天候は全く問題なかったこと現地で確認しており、同日に他の外国人ツアーからサイトに感想が挙げられていました。これぼど無責任な旅行会社とはであったことがありません。短期間で帰っていくアジア人差別とさえ感じる対応でした。 折角の機会に同じ経験をして欲しくないので、この会社に依頼することは全くお勧めしません。最低最悪の旅行会社です。仕事でドイツに行く機会もあり、再訪したときは直接クレームしたいほどです。最低点が一つしか付けられないのが残念、ゼロで充分です。 I visite Germany in Aug 2023 and booked a tour of Neusweinstein Castle for my family trip to this terrible “Pure Bavarian Tours”. It's a place I've dreamed of since I was a child, and we completed this reservation over two months ago. However, the night before, I suddenly received an email that the reservation was canceled due to bad weather. I called them many times, but anybody couldn't catch… it is far away from Munich by ourselves by train then we finally gave up against our will. We called the information center around this castle and confirmed on site that there were no problems with the weather that day. Forthermore on the same day, other foreign tours posted their impressions on the website. We have never met such an irresponsible and worst travel company in the world. Such behavior felt like it was discrimination against Asians, who were forced to return home after a short period of time. We never recommend this company strongly at all as we do not want all tours to have the same sad and terrible experience again. I can insist this is the worst travel company. I would like to complain directly when I visit again someday on biz trip or private tour. The worst rating is one star on the web,but Zero star is the actual and the most suitable rate.

The tour was canceled at 2.40 am on the day of the tour. Worse experience ever. As I can see other reviews, this is not the first time.

My family and I were scheduled for a semi-private tour to the Neuschwanstein Castle. We paid in full, confirmed all of the information the night before and we went to bed, excited for our adventure the next day. The next morning, we woke up our two young children, excited for the adventure. We waited outside of our hotel at 8:00 am, per the instructions. We waited and waited and nobody came. We called the third-party vendor “Get My Guide”, they called Pure Bavarian and were told the tour was cancelled due to not having anyone to drive. We then reached out to the company directly out of confusion as they had provided zero communication. The gentleman that answered was extremely aggressive with me, stating they didn’t have anyone to run the tour and “what did I want him to do about it” before he hung up the phone on me. We never received a phone call, voicemail, text message or e-mail regarding the cancellation. It was our last day in Munich, we ended up not being able to visit the Neuschwanstein Castle, one of the planned highlights of our trip. This ended up being a very stressful and disappointing situation for our family. I highly recommend against booking with this company.

We are impressed with our local guide/driver Amin who is a very friendly and attentive person. We were slightly late to board his car but he was cool and was willing to detour to help us grab something for breakfast. He also changed the route to the castle so that we can make it on time for the castle tour. Along the way, he also explained the history to us in good details. The few stopovers were great too, such as our lunch stop for cheese and beer at Rottenbuch, and the fairy tale town at Oberammergau. We thoroughly enjoyed this tour and will certainly recommend Amin to our friends.
