Excursão de um dia às Cataratas do Niágara saindo de NY

It was 1 day trip! We spent most time on the road. When we arrived Niagara everything was rushed and by 1pm we were supposed to board back to NYC. I regret , I though we would spend whole day there since we arrived morning around 6:30am

This was a rather disappointing trip. There was no clarity about the pick up location and we were left wondering which 'main' door we were expected to wait at. Considering the trip began at 11.30 pm, one would assume that that the itinerary would have been shared before departure and not verbally delivered when most tourists were exhausted and waiting to sleep. The dual language monologue was tiring to say in the least. The food stops were not at places where decent meals could be purchased and were exorbitant. Paying customers were not permitted to bring a meal or hot drink into the coach while the driver and guide did exactly that. The seats on the coach were uncomfortable and closely packed with barely any legroom. For the amount we paid, we were not provided with even a bottle of water, which every other bus tour we have undertaken in New York has. Definitely not a value for money trip.

We had a wonderful one-day Niagara Falls tour with our family on 4/5 July. A special thanks to our guide, Emily, who was friendly, energetic, and caring from start to finish. She kept everyone well informed, made the tour smooth and enjoyable, and was always patient and considerate. Her positive attitude and excellent guidance made the trip truly memorable. Highly recommended!

Undoubtedly the best tour for those short of time, you save an entire day while still being able to do the Cave of the Wind and the Maid of the Mist (both of which require purchase of separate tickets and the Maid of the Mist needs to be purchased in advance at the start of the journey). The only thing you miss out on is the lighting at night, but it's a small price to pay if you only have the one day to spare for Niagara, like I did. The night bus, though not very comfortable for a tall person like me, does get the job done, and the rest of the tour is perfectly calibrated too - especially the arrival and departure times and the rest stops on both the onward and return legs. It was great to meet new people and make new friends on this tour, and our guide Carlos was great as well, though he seemed to prefer speaking in Spanish a bit more than he did English. Most of the folks on the bus were Spanish speaking, so he can be excused, I guess. He did speak in English when it mattered (such as when giving instructions). We got sufficient time in Niagara and this was a memorable trip and I would highly recommend it.

I started my tour in New York . The bus deparyed from 7 th Ave .meeting point was front of Manhattan hotel . Highlights of the tour . Tour guide Name .Emily . Comprehensive language command in both English & Spanish .she did a exemplary job in delivering her work scope with due diligence .very energetic in her speech with great charisma . Bus drivers Two drivers .both handled the long journey smoothly . We landed in Niagara & back to New York in a timely fashion . Niagara falls . A tourist which is to be in all tourist agenda . Had much fun in the maid of the most and Cave of the wind . Both activities are worth participating in .Apprently the money paid for does not include above . Another US 59 will bring you great hapiness and memories will be cherished . In conclusion I had a wonderful tour .met and befriended many nationalities . A trip which I will do again . Cheers to the guide and drivers who made it very enjoyable . Room for improvement . The tour operator should provide a luxury bus maybe charge a bit more so that there is leg space . This was a 50 seater bus .instead provide a 24 seater so the we can bring down the back rest with comfort .this to make sure that the person sitting behind need not suffer .

Terrible bus, perfect activity. Time was very good. I didnt like de bus driver, seems to me that he was always in a rush. The guide was marvelous.

Our tour guide Emily was absolutely brilliant and very knowledgeable. She warmly welcomed us and made this trip very enjoyable. Although the bus was not as “luxurious” as the description suggests, we had a decent sleep throughout the night trip and the return journey was not as tiring as expected. We had enough time to do the Maid of the Mist activity, stroll around to see the waterfalls and to take enough photos, and even to spend an hour crossing the border of Canada which we got to see the view from there (very much recommended!). The chosen rest stops were in very good spots, we were able to get some rest and enjoy some good food. Overall, a nice experience, especially for the money!

Niagara falls was amazing tour. Tour guide and driver were excellent. We had lovely time. We enjoyed most ''Mid of the mist'' there are so many activities to do.

This is a long day trip but the sight and experience of Niagara Falls is worth it. Maria was our guide and she was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the day. She took care to keep us all informed about meeting times and what to do at each step The bus is a bit bumpy but the seats are actually very comfortable and we were allocated seat numbers on departure. I slept quite well until about 4am which was a restroom stop. Then another hours sleep before the breakfast stop at 7am. This was probably the only negative thing about my review as only Dunkin Donuts is open and it took quite a while for them to get all the orders done before we left again We were dropped back off in New York around 9pm near Times Square. It’s a long tiring day but if Niagara is on your bucket list do it 👍 great value for money and considering it’s an 800 mile round trip it didn’t actually feel like that. Plus this was my mums first time in the USA and she has absolutely loved it

Fabulous experience, coach trip surprisingly comfortable with stop offs, the sights at Niagara Falls well worth the overnight road trip, very well organised tour guide Emily was excellent at making the day perfect
