Fazemos uma breve parada em Greenwich, saindo de Londres. Greenwich faz parte de nossa rota natural fora da cidade e é um ótimo lugar para pararmos e tomarmos um café e usarmos o banheiro antes de sairmos para o campo. Admire o Cutty Sark - um famoso veleiro restaurado do século XIX. Ouça histórias de reis e rainhas visitando e aprenda sobre o observatório que deu origem ao Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) e veja o famoso Royal Naval College.
Passeie por este belo exemplo de uma aldeia inglesa tradicional. Cheio de charme e centrado em torno de uma praça da aldeia, com uma igreja, um pub e salas de chá. Chilham é talvez a aldeia mais bonita de Kent. Desfrute de uma xícara de chá e um escone das salas de chá, ou talvez um pint de cerveja local do pub histórico da aldeia.
Nós trazemos você até a costa sob o mundialmente famoso White Cliffs of Dover. Um dos locais naturais mais icônicos da Inglaterra e uma visão bem-vinda para soldados e pilotos que voltam para casa da guerra na história. Passeie ao longo da praia de seixos com os penhascos atrás de você, e se o tempo permitir, uma vista de 20 milhas através do Canal da Mancha para a França.
Explore este glorioso castelo medieval - descrito como a "chave para a Inglaterra". Enorme significado defensivo ao longo da história da Inglaterra, e em uso como uma posição defensiva desde a Idade do Ferro há 3000 anos, também usada pelos romanos - evidenciada por um farol romano no local - a estrutura romana mais completa da Inglaterra. Passamos 2,5 horas em Canterbury. Tempo para explorar esta famosa cidade Inglês, talvez fazer algumas compras, ter um pouco de comer ou uma bebida em um dos seus muitos pubs carismáticos. Talvez tome o tempo para visitar a espectacular catedral do Patrimônio Mundial da UNESCO - a enorme Catedral de Canterbury do século 11. Easy to book. The vendor they used was The English Bus and they delivered an excellent tour. Driver/guide was exceptional!
Absolutely fantastic: our guide, Cara, was so knowledgeable, totally interesting and amazingly enthusiastic throughout the day. From the start, she gave us fun facts about London’s history and geography, and followed it with a wealth of information about the Kingdom of Kent: its rulers, raiders, citizens, heroes, villains, along with facts about buildings, foods, and drinks! Amazing! We loved it! Would 100% recommend this company❤️
Excellent,! there's quite a lot to see and do. The places we visited were interesting and fun! Our guide Jon was excellent! He has a good sense of humor and was very knowledgeable on the historical info. Thanks Jon, the mushy peas are delicious!

We had a fantastic experience on our trip to Canterbury and the Cliffs. The bus was very clean and comfortable. We had plenty of time at each stop to sample the local food and explore. Can't say enough good things about our guide Jon. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole trip very enjoyable. I would highly recommend this tour!

This was a fabulous tour! Providing comfortable travel with a skilled driver who was also an exceptional guide. Lucy was knowledgeable and passionate about the history she imparted, making it entertaining and relevant to us today. Absolutely recommend!
Our group of 6 (2 grandparents, 2 adults, 1 seven year old, and 1 adult with Down syndrome/limited mobility) greatly enjoyed our tour of Greenwich, Chillam, the White Cliffs, Dover Castle, and Canterbury. The bus was comfortable, our guide (Alex) was kind and knowledgeable, and the day well-planned. It made for a long day (about 12 hours total out and back from London on the journey), but more than worth it for the sights and views. If you want a lot of time (more than 2 hours) at Dover Castle, just know you may want to do that outside of this tour. Every other stop offered more bean enough time to explore on our own/walk with our guide to enjoy all the sights on offer. Another highlight of this particular company is the small group size and ability to stop off/take roads that the big tour buses can’t navigate. Overall, highly, highly recommend!

We did the White Cliffs of Dover, Dover Castle and Canterbury. Great choice! Our guide, Alex, was very knowledgeable and had a good sense of humor which made the day even more enjoyable. Good communication. He contacted us the evening before to prepare us for the next day and kept in touch during our free time on the tour. The tour is well worth the money and we could relax while he navigated the route with ease. Thank you Alex and English Bus!
Interesting places is why we book, but having a great guide makes it a great experience. Or guide Lucy was very knowledgeable, a great communicator, and very accommodating.
We’re just now heading back to London from this amazing tour!! SO glad we did this! Everything was beautiful and our tour guide Lucy was so friendly and funny! Such a relaxing time away from the city. We didn’t want to leave.
