We booked this tour months in advance. When we got to Vegas. I was receiving emails pretty much daily confirming the upcoming tour which was to take place on a Friday. The Wednesday before, I received an email saying the tour was cancelled and they needed to know right away if we were willing to take an alternate tour on Saturday. I answered immediately and inquired why the tour was cancelled and what the cost difference it was for the substitute tour. We never received an answer. I called Trip Advisor on Friday since we booked thru them and they in turn called VIATOR to see what could be done. The woman helping me said she was unable to contact anyone because the phone call she put in was not answered. I asked for a refund and the woman started the process and I would receive the refund in a few days. Since most tours require you to book in advance we were unable to book any alternate tours to make up for our cancelled tour. This really ruined part of our trip! There should be something in place where if a tour is cancelled by the tour operator, there should be a way to contact a live person and discuss other tour options. I would recommend anyone who books tours thru VIATOR, to be aware that a tour can be cancelled anytime and have a backup plan. This was an inexcusable issue from a well known tour operator!

As the tour operator, we unfortunately do not have control over, or direct access to, conversations between guests and the Viator/Tripadvisor Help Center. We are only able to see the booking updates and cancellation notices that are sent to us through the platform. In this case, we received notice of the cancellation only a few days before the tour date, without any background information or explanation regarding the conversations you had with the help center. Because of this, we were not aware of the full situation at the time and did not have the opportunity to assist you directly or provide additional options sooner. We completely understand how frustrating it is when a planned experience cannot go ahead, especially when tours are booked in advance during a trip. Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience and disappointment this caused. We always do our best to support our guests, communicate clearly, and offer alternatives whenever we are able to do so. Grecia was friendly, knowledgeable, and super accommodating! Our Hoover Dam power plant tour was delayed by power outage, She waited for us and communicated frequently to ensure that we would be okay. I would highly recommend Grecia and this tour!

We had a great time on this adventure. Red Rock Canyon has amazing views. The optional hike gave us some up close views of the canyon. The dam was something that we wanted to see. It's an amazing feat of engineering. Our guide was very informative throughout the tour.

Lots of walking. Terrain was rocky at times. Many steps to get to the memorial bridge at Hoover Dam but there were ramps and it was very windy.

It was a lovely, chilled, well-paced and beautiful excursion around Red Rocks, Boulder City, Hoover Dam and Les Vegas. Robert, our driver/guide, was very flexible, on time, safe and communicative. We enjoyed the company of our fellow travelers (good sized group - 5 of us) and the sights.

Red Rock Canyon is absolutely beautiful. Our tour guide, Daniel, was a great guide. He let us take our time experiencing the best of the Canyon. We enjoyed the little waterfall and even stopped to see deer along the road. The Hoover Dam is a breathtaking experience. Pictures don’t do it justice at how massive the structure is. You also get to have one foot in Arizona and one in Nevada on the bridge. Daniel was also great at taking pics of my wife and I. Thank you Daniel for a wonderful experience.
