Donna was an excellent guide. She arrived on time, had extensive knowledge of Xi'an history and culture, and communicated very well in English. She made our day enjoyable and stress-free, and was incredibly patient and accommodating with our large and diverse family group. We truly appreciated her professionalism and kindness, and would highly recommend her to anyone visiting Xi'an.
We had a wonderful day tour with Tracy. She was clear, funny, and very caring throughout the day. We learned a lot not only about the Terracotta Warriors and Xi'an, but also about daily life and culture in China. The tour was well organized, with no shopping stops, which we really appreciated.
