The tour, driver and tour guide were great! It was an easy way to see the sights with our family, including our 9year old. Thanks!

Great day, with there was more time at certain castles.

Obrigado pelo seu comentário. Ficamos felizes que tenha apreciado o passeio e os três castelos. Realmente são lindos e proporcionam um dia inesquecível com paisagens maravilhosas. Agradecemos por compartilhar sua experiência.
This is an extremely long day, but fascinating. Three amazing castles. Not enough time at each, but no solution to that problem! The trip was roughly twelve hours. Very well organized. We had two tour guides one for English and one for others. Our guide, Steve, was great! Excellent knowledge of the history of each castle. Very nice to talk to. He was very careful to keep the group together. The tour left at 7:00 am, which meant few people at the first castle. The other two were way more crowded. Good food options at the second castle. Highly recommend this tour, especially based on the reviews of some of the other options.
Dear Jeff, Thank you so much for your thoughtful and detailed feedback! We're thrilled to hear you found the day fascinating and enjoyed visiting the three incredible castles, even if time flew by at each stop (a common feeling when exploring such rich history!). We're especially happy to know that the day felt well organized and that Steve made a strong impression with his knowledge and care for the group, we'll be sure to pass along your kind words to him. Starting early certainly helps beat the crowds, and we're glad you appreciated that, as well as the food options along the way. Thank you again for your recommendation. It means a lot to us, and we hope to welcome you back for another memorable journey soon! Warm regards,
The chateaux were beautiful and well worth seeing. The tour part of it was a bit disappointing. Paid for guided tour and guide was sick, so I got a self guided tour for the cost of a guided one. Company has not been responsive when asked about partial refund. I feel a bit cheated by this experience. Would recommend seeing these chateaux but not with this company.
Dear Kyle, Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the beauty of the châteaux, but we’re very sorry the guided tour did not meet your expectations due to the guide’s illness. We understand how disappointing it is to miss out on the full experience you paid for. We apologize if our response to your refund request has been delayed or insufficient. Please know that our customer service team has been informed of your case and will be reaching out to you very shortly to address your concerns. We appreciate your recommendation to see the châteaux and hope you’ll give us another chance in the future to provide the quality tour you deserve. Best regards,
Very beautiful castles with history and architectural delight! The trip was perfect and the guide information made it even more perfect.
Dear Sergio, Thank you so much for your kind words! We're thrilled to hear you enjoyed the beautiful castles and their rich history and architecture. It’s wonderful to know that the guide’s information added even more to your experience. We hope to welcome you on another trip soon! Best regards,
Even if the weather was not there, the day was perfect, just wonderful!!! The guide Rolland, gave the comments systematically in 3 languages. He was perfect, he listened to his visitors. He was caring and passionate, naturally giving cultural and historical information with anecdotes as we like to hear them about these places and times. 3 castles in 1 day, the bet was more than met, despite bad weather. Truly an unforgettable day, I recommend this visit of castles of the Loire and that maybe I will do again at the time of the beautiful days to see and enjoy the gardens!!! Thanks again to the guide for transporting us for a day in the Castle Life.
Great guide, well organized tour, the last castle Cheverny could have been skipped or swapped for something else, it was not worth visiting (too many people, very little to see), but the first two, Chambord and Chenonceau are amazing.
If you're looking to visit three castles in the Loire Valley in a short amount of time, this tour offers a quick and efficient way to see them. The first two castle visits lasted a little over an hour each, with the second lasting about two hours to accommodate a lunch break. The tour guide was extremely knowledgeable about the region and its history, providing in-depth commentary as we moved through each castle. The pace of the tour was fast. The guide was in "rapid fire" mode, walking ahead of the group, and while I’m a fast walker, others might struggle to keep up. You needed to be either close enough to hear her commentary or listen to the audio guide as she moved swiftly from one point to the next. She was friendly but direct, and while this wasn’t a relaxed, leisurely tour, it suited my preference for a quicker pace. The tour left on schedule at 7:00 a.m. from Bercy, with a two-hour bus ride. At Castle 1, we had just over an hour; then about an hour of driving to Castle 2 for a similar amount of time. The visit to Castle 3 was shorter—only about 30 minutes for the tour and 30 minutes in the garden, though I personally would have preferred more time in the castle and less in the garden. The guide seemed eager to wrap things up, perhaps because of the crowds, which made it feel a bit rushed at the end. Overall, I was satisfied with the experience, particularly the guide’s expertise. The pre-purchased tickets for the castles were a bonus, and despite the fast pace, I’d consider doing the tour again. It’s worth noting that times for each segment are: 7:00 a.m. departure from Bercy 2-hour bus ride Castle 1: 1+ hour Castle 2: 1 hour tour and exploration Castle 3: 30-minute tour + 30-minute garden walk 2.5-hour return to Paris, arriving around 7:15 p.m. While the guide's speed may not be for everyone, if you're after a quick and informative tour of the Loire Valley castles, this one delivers.
Amelia is wonderful. She is so knowledgeable about these castles. We have a mountain of information and great understanding of French history related to these castles. We had a great time and appreciate more of French architecture
