Amazing !!! My friend and I had the best time. Highly recommend super nice staff and really cool tour!
The wildlife park was definitely my favorite. Unfortunately the weather didn’t agree that day regarding blue mountain and 3 sisters views, but that’s no one’s fault. The hike is more difficult than I expected with A LOT of steps. The guide blew past us all and didn’t give many breaks for people. The bus also broke down at the end. We were refunded for the train ticket back. If the day is clear, I’d say it’s worth it and recommend it, if rainy/foggy, probably not.
Thanks Olivia for the feedback. A challenging day with weather compounded by the bus having the mechanical issue. We appreciate your patience when we switched to Plan B
Brilliant day. We thoroughly enjoyed it. Weather was fantastic. Maybe look at weather forecast before booking. Our guide Ronnie was such good fun. Was so helpful and informative. Pointed us in right direction for best photo opportunities. Highly recommend 🥰
Thank you for the kind words! And yes, always best to double check weather always!
Despite the rain, the trip was worth doing. Our guide, Ronnie, was knowledgable and entertaining. We enjoyed the day.
We're glad Ronnie could turn the day around despite the weather!
Perfect day! Fernando was an incredible tour guide- knowledgeable, fun and so helpful! So many beautiful pictures were taken on this trip. Highlight was feeding the kangaroos! Just be aware that at the end, there were a lot of steps involved with some steep uphill climbs. However, the views were very worth it. Lovely day and again huge shoutout to our lovely tour guide for making it great!!
Wow, we'll pass these nice words onto Fernando. We're glad you enjoyed, thank you for joining and for the lovely review!
We had the pleasure of having Gil as our tour guide. He was knowledgeable, kind, and patient. We had the best time seeing Koalas and other animals at Featherdale then hiking the gorgeous blue mountains.
He's great! We'll make sue to pass on the nice words. Thank you for joining us!
Sites visited were excellent. Be ready for a tough hike though when you get to the waterfall. Our guide/driver made it easier and fun for us - a great guy!!!
We're glad to hear helped make the experience a good one!
Our trip to the Blue Mountains was an unforgettable experience from beginning to end. The day was perfectly planned, taking us through some of the most breathtaking spots in the region, including Wentworth Falls, a relaxing lunch stop in Katoomba, the iconic Three Sisters, and the incredible Olympic Rock lookout (my personal favourite!) Each stop had its own charm, but the Blue Mountains themselves truly lived up to the hype — the vast scenery, dramatic cliffs, and that signature blue haze made every viewpoint feel special. Olympic Rock was a real standout, offering absolutely stunning panoramic views that felt almost surreal. One of the biggest highlights of the day was our visit to Featherdale Wildlife Park. Getting the chance to feed wallabies and kangaroos up close was such a unique and memorable experience — something that really made the trip feel special and personal. A huge part of what made the day so enjoyable was our tour guide, Arana. From start to finish, she was fantastic — incredibly friendly, welcoming, and clearly very knowledgeable about the area. Not only did she remember every person’s name and made connections with everyone but she also shared best lookout locations and so many interesting insights throughout the trip. Her passion for Blue Mountains was infectious! Overall, this was a beautifully balanced trip filled with stunning landscapes, unique wildlife encounters, and excellent guidance. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to experience the best of the Blue Mountains in a single day. We would do it again in a heartbeat!
Wow! We're glad we could help make your trip a memorable one. Thank you for joining us!
Arana was the perfect guide for our Blue Mountains trip. The time spent at each location felt just right—never rushed, but always moving at a comfortable pace. She shared meaningful insights about how Aboriginal peoples respect the land, and I appreciated her honesty in explaining that some stories cannot be shared without permission. That added a level of authenticity and respect to the experience. She also gave fascinating explanations about how wildfires have shaped the landscape and how native plants have been used over time, which really deepened my appreciation for the area. At 72 years old and visiting from Florida, I found the “moderate” hike a bit more challenging than expected—but Arana was incredibly thoughtful and accommodating. She found me a beautiful viewing rock where I could sit and take in the scenery while the younger members of the group scrambled down to the falls. Overall, it was a memorable and well-balanced experience, made even better by Arana’s knowledge, care, and respect for the land.
Arana is wonderful! We will make sure to share with her your kind words. Thank you for joining us!
This was a great day! The Featherdale Wildlife Park was excellent and a must see if you love animals. I chose the Scenic World option for this tour, so my lunch was included. The food was good, and the park was a lot of fun. I especially liked the gondola ride past Katoomba Falls. Guil was my guide and he is wonderful. So friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend this tour.
Thank you for joining us and for the kind words!
