Antes de salir hacia Segovia, usted se dirigió a nuestro guía en un tono inapropiado e intentó generar descontento entre el resto de los participantes, creando una situación incómoda tanto para nuestro personal como para el grupo. Nuestro equipo merece el mismo respeto con el que trata a todos los clientes. Respecto a los baños, el itinerario incluye una parada durante el recorrido en la que todos los participantes pueden utilizar los servicios. Además, al finalizar la visita, los clientes disponen de tiempo libre en el destino, donde también pueden acceder a numerosos establecimientos con baños. Our guides always recommend that guests return to the meeting point approximately 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
