O cemitério originalmente foi cavado para ser um cemitério privado para uma família, depois foi convertido para ser um cemitério público. Em seguida, você fará uma parada para fotos na (Cidadela de Qaitbey), considerada uma das mais importantes fortalezas defensivas, não apenas no Egito, mas também ao longo da costa do Mar Mediterrâneo no século XV d.C. A Cidadela está situada no entrada do porto oriental no ponto oriental da Ilha Pharos. Foi erguido no local exato do famoso Farol de Alexandria, que foi uma das Sete Maravilhas do Mundo Antigo. If you need an excellent guide for this or any other excursion then we can highly recommend Adel. Adel’s friendly, enthusiastic and highly knowledgable about Egypt both past and present. He went out of his way to look after us and ensure that we were kept safe and well refreshed throughout what was a typically jam packed day. We met up with Adel a few minutes before departing our hotel (in a nice comfy A/C car) giving us plenty of time to discuss the days itinerary. This was appreciated as he was keen to ensure that the tour met our rather high expectations. We were not disappointed! Adel was outstanding throughout the day safely guiding us through many fascinating sites and always keen to answer our many questions. We never felt rushed or felt we needed more time to take in the sights, Adel always gave us plenty of time to explore by ourselves if we felt like wandering off - which we often did. Rest assured Adel and his expert driver were never too far ready away to whisk us off to the next site or to get some much needed refreshments. Even during the drive back to Cairo, after what was a long day for all of us, Adel was still enthusiastic to chat about the many sights , old and new, we passed. A wonderful day in a fascinating city with a brilliant guide. Thank you Adel!
Tour guide went above and beyond, took the time to bring us to other locations apart from the tour. Very friendly and courteous.
Interesting tour. We are grateful the tour included a car ride since the drive was approximately 2.5 hours and also had lunch included. It was a very informative tour allowing for my wife and I to see another part of Egypt and learn about the history of Alexandria with relations to Greek and Roman culture.
Excellent day trip for just my wife & myself. Our guide Adel made the experience even better. He was flexible to our preferences and our knowledge level of Egypt. He gave us options on what to visit and how long. It became a customized tour. We are senior citizens and Adel chose paths at each site more suitable to us moving at a comfortable pace of our choice. We enjoy seeing how the locals live so Adel added more people in their daily activities time. We had a wonderful view of Alexandria old harbor as Adel secured us the best window table for lunch. Transportation was good with a skilled driver and a clean Mercedes
We also did city tour Cairo, for 2 days. Adel is very professional, knowledgeable, gives you tips and tricks to not fall for the wrong deal. Very patient and answers your questions no matter how many time you ask. Pays attention to detail and makes sure everyone’s request are met. Great service and couldn’t ask for a better guide!
Amazing time with our very knowledgeable guide! He walked us through all the history of the city and a couple of the local cuisines.
Catacombs, ( ancient buried place )is very interesting Also to learn history of Alexandria And to see remains of Roman Colliseum is amazing

We spent a few days with Adel and took trips together to Giza pyramids, Alexandria and Luxor. Not only was he a great guide, but he was also a huge support and help to us throughout our stay. We appricated his flexible approach. He always tried to meet our needs and discussed the program of the day with us. He made us feel welcomed in his home country. If we ever go back, we will definitely get in touch again. Can highly reccomend to y'all!

We went on a day trip from Giza to Alexandria today. From the time we got into the car our guide Adel was incredible. He was extremely knowledgeable of all things Egypt and gave us very interesting facts about the history of this beautiful country. He was also very good at sensing when we were needing a break as the information can be quite overwhelming. He gave us time during the tour to go off by ourselves but was always close by if we needed him. I would highly recommend this gentlemen for any of your tour needs.
It was a great day on this tour. The weather wasn’t the best this time of year but the tour guide made it enjoyable. The guide was very knowledgable about the Egyptian history and answered all questions we had. The transport we used for the 3 of us was very comfortable and spacious.
