This is a really great trip. It was lovely to see the flora and fauna of the National Park. The guide was great and he was happy to adapt the day to what we wanted. He organised for us to have a 3km trail walk with a guide for a small fee- this was an experience I wouldn’t have wanted to miss.
My “guide” spoke very limited English and did very little guiding. He kept asking me what I wanted to see. He pointed out no wildlife. I do applaud him for his safe driving and clean car and providing icy cold cloths for my comfort.
I would definitely recommend this tour for anyone who likes to plan himself the tour itinerary. This was the list of spots we have planned to see on this tour and we were very happy that we have reached all of them. 1. Haew Narok Waterfall 2. Pha Diao Dai Viewpoint 3. Khao Khiao Viewpoint 4. Haew Suwat Waterfall 5. Khao Yai's 30th km Viewpoint 6. Khao Yai National Park Checkpoint - Pak Chong 7. Hokkaido Flower Park Khaoyai We had one more spot on the list: Ban Tha Chang Spring, but it was closed when we arrived there. On the way we have seen the Sai Sorn Reservoir from the car. Maybe we should have planned a 10 min stop here instead of Ban Tha Chang Spring. There are a lot of things to see in the Khao Yai National Park and there are also a lot of things to do in the nearby. It depends what everybody likes and what prefers to do.
The driver spoke no english which made selection of places to go difficult. Water wasn’t offered until he saw me buy some.
Our driver Mr. Wat was amazing! So nice and friendly, drove very safe as well. We were able to choose exactly what we wanted to do and he arranged the timing and other small details. We were able to go to the Khao Yai National Park and see the wildlife, waterfalls, etc. We were also able to go to Chocolate Land for a snack.
Not really interesting, expected to see the picture shown online but only is a shop selling all kinds of cookies and chocolates.
Thank very much for your review I hope our driver and vehicle its good for you best regards Tingly
We wanted to see Khao Yai National park but not be on a group tour or be stuck with a set program. This was the ideal trip in that regard. Our main interest was seeing the nature, which is well worth it. There are a couple of hikes you can do without a guide, but most require a guide so be aware of that. Our driver was a local so knows his way around but isn't a park guide. Our driver was Eddy, the communication went well and he was friendly during the trip but also gave us a lot of space to just do what we felt like in our tempo. His driving was great, he drove faster than I would but he was sharp and focussed and responded well to the traffic situation so we felt very safe. Overall, if you want to visit the park this is definitely worth it.
Mr.Nick was very friendly with good vibe of energy, and knowledgeable with excellent english. I highly recommend this trip
