We booked a group tour to Nairobi National Park with Sylgam Travels, and it was hands-down one of the highlights of our trip to Kenya. From the very beginning, the communication and organization were smooth and professional, which made everything stress-free for our group. Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and patient, making sure everyone had a great view and understood what we were seeing. We were lucky enough to spot lions, rhinos, giraffes, zebras, buffalo, and countless bird species, all with the stunning Nairobi skyline in the background—such a unique experience! The vehicle was comfortable, well-maintained, and perfect for game viewing and photography. What really stood out was how well Sylgam Travels handled a group booking: everything was well-paced, inclusive, and thoughtfully planned. They truly went the extra mile to ensure everyone enjoyed the experience. The Spa is very nice hot and relaxing for adults and kids. It's good for a day activity and the pools are great for achy muscles and bones and even fun for the very old. However the pool floors are slimy there was no soap in the showers and the showers could do with repairs to fix bare electrical wires and faulty showers. Other amenities are basic and the food is blah!
Thank you for the honest review. The spa is managed by the geothermal company which is in charge of the pool's condition and maintenance. We shall however forward your concern to the relevant persons with the hope that you and other visitors get a better experience in future.
