RUN AWAY DON’T BOOK WITH THEM. IT’S A MONEY GRAB. Dont make the mistake I did in reading the bad reviews and thinking since it was years ago they would get their s*#t together. I WAS VERY WRONG. Long story short I booked a speed boat and snorkel tour, when I arrived they told me snorkel was not included and it would be an extra charge. Even after showing them on my pdf and virtual ticket that it shows snorkel is included and the equipment. My original time was for 2:30 but when I arrived they told me my ticket was wrong and that it was for either 3 or 4:30 and that I could not snorkel unless I paid extra or they would refund me. They are LIARS and just want extra money. I paid for 2 hours but they told me im only getting 45 minutes.
First time in Mexico and this parasailing was so much fun! It was super peaceful and the staff were kind, helpful, and funny as well! Definitely recommend and would do it again!
Never been accommodated by the company. Nasty customers service Will never use the company again. Did not get a chance to do any of the activities. Called. Driver never responded. No accommodation or refund. Lousy company. Used them a lot before. Had better experience

This was the worst and I mean worst experience my wife and I had we are on our honeymoon and when we got picked up 5:30 am we waited over an hour until we made it to the destination what we paid for we didn’t get to and I was not even able to get a refund this has been the worse don’t go through this place find another there’s better places then this to go you will waist money they care more about getting a tip from you then providing good service there was no safety information given or anything we paid for 2 hours and were given 45 minutes and out the 45 minutes we waiting a majority of the time I am so so so angry about this I want a refund as soon as possible I will continue to make remarks until I receive my money back !!!!!
Great time. Very nice people that run the place. Very safe and the kids had a blast. Jet skis are a must.

Safe and cool place. On website it says 30 mins of jetski and it was really like 15 minutes. It was fun though, you can only ride from one pier to another. You are not following other people with jet skis so you get a lot of freedom.
