Pararemos para uma das mais impressionantes oportunidades fotográficas da Irlanda, o magnífico Castelo Dunluce. Parte desta impressionante ruína desmoronou no mar em 1600. Este castelo está ligado ao continente por uma ponte e já foi o reduto do clã McDonnell. O cenário do oceano e da costa norte fazem desta uma parada de fotos realmente dramática!
Nós permitimos bastante tempo na Giant's Causeway para fazer o seu caminho para visitar este famoso Patrimônio Mundial. É uma caminhada de 20 minutos a partir da Drop Off pointto o local incrível Causeway, mas há um ônibus que opera para carga pequena, ideal para aqueles que não são confortáveis andando para cima e para baixo o steepgradient (colina) para o Causeway. As rochas basálticas hexagonais parecem realmente feitas pelo homem e isso leva as pessoas na Irlanda a acreditarem que foram levadas pelo mais famoso Guerreiro Gigante da Irlanda: o grande Finn MacCoole. The tour operator did not communicate with us on who would be picking us up. The driver did not have any signs and the name of the company on the van was different than the one on the booking. The guide did not make any effort to find the people on this tour. We had to ask other tour operators to help us. A call to the tour company was not answered so they were no help. Also the tour guide rushed us through the stops so we arrived back at our ship way before we needed to. The things we saw were very interesting although our guide/driver did not give us any information about what we were seeing. I can recommend the itinerary but not the tour company!
Very informative guide. A little too much about the giants, but enjoyed the rest. Incredibly beautiful place. Definitely go if u have the chance.
This excursion is ideal if you want to see a little of off the beat and path for example the causeway and the hedges and have some time to see the town center of belfast
All you need to know is we had a wonderful time with a very knowledgeable driver and tour guide We felt we got great value for money. Saw more than we expected and found out lots of pieces of local information as we were travelling.
Excellent tour of the countryside and of the Giants Causeway. This tour took us to the Causeway first to allow us to arrive before the many larger tour groups. The tour also took us through Belfast before returning to our cruise ship. Additionally, because we were a small group we had a very comfortable smaller coach/van that was far more maneuverable than the larger buses. This allowed us to go to places the buses couldn’t go. Also, the small group allowed our driver, Geoff/Jeff to personalize the trip towards our interest. He was very personable and friendly. I only wish there was a way to directly recommend his services.
It was very cool going to the Giants Causeway. However the guide needs a stops that weren’t on the itinerary and talked quite a bit which we found to be a little bit boring.
Our perfect day in North Ireland. Our guide kept us away from crowds at Giant Causeway. He drove on beautiful Irish backroads so we could enjoy the countryside. Great stops!! A perfect day 😀

See the Giants Causeway was amazing. Our tour guide, Collin, gave a great deal of information on the tour. The countryside was beautiful
The driver/guide was nice, but the company did not provide reliable transportation for him. We knew that we would have problems when the vehicle would not start from the pier. The driver told us that he did not want that vehicle, that he had problems with it before, but management made him take it. It stalled again on the highway and did not provide us with any air conditioning on this very hot day. The driver opened the sun roof, but the 6-8 of us were still sweltering. Once the door did not open, and we had to use the emergency mechanism. As the vehicle was registered in Dublin, management did not want the driver in Northern Ireland after dark since there could be problems. We were scared. While our tour was supposed to last much later, all of us voted to get back to the pier and to go to the ship. It had been a long ride to the Giants Causeway where he dropped us off to walk around. We did not learn much; our driver was not from Belfast and was not knowledgeable about the causeway (just told us a fable that we heard before). He knew little to nothing about Belfast. He drove us quickly through the city. I would recommend getting a Belfast driver/guide for a Belfast excursion. We were very disappointed, and we think that our money should be refunded. It was not worth it: a 2-minute picture of the Titanic museum, 5 minutes at a brewery that was closing, Causeway, and quick ride through town. with the fear of not getting back to the ship before it took off. Money should definitely be refunded. This was NOT a LUXURY experience.
