We had a great live tour guide. I have on some of these hop on hop off that are recorded and they are not near as enjoyable. Nice description of all of the sights along the route.

Really good way to see the city. We hopped on at the CNTower and did almost the whole loop before jumping off for a coffee just before the CN Tower for the second loop. Very good guide pointing out all the major sights and buildings. Buses were frequent and stayed pretty much stuck to the scheduled duration for the trip.
Horrible customer service! I bought my ticket online and had a QR code. When the attendant checked me in - he gave me a printed receipt but never said that I had to always present this. While we were on the bus ( never got off), I realized i had lost the paper receipt. The two tour guides saw us geton and told me to move because also some of the headphones outlets don't work "in the back of the bus"(which is also ridiculous). We then purchase da ticket from them for casa Loma. As we were getting off, I double checked I would use my QR code to get back on and the timing of the bus. Even after calling their main office they would not do anything for me - even though all the evidence was clear that we had not gotten off the bus! So I had to either be stranded at Casa La or stay on the bus and find another way there later since I could not get off. They should not sell tickets on line and then use paper after that especially when their staff NEVER tells you that you must retain the paper ticket!!! Just such a rip off and truly horrible customer service
The bus we had did not have working windows so everyone went up so we at least got some air. Our guide was knowledgeable, but she was hard to hear and understand and spoke in a monotone voice. She did not give her name. The second bus we got on was more comfortable, and the guide was livelier, but the whole tour itself was not that interesting. Other staff members were helpful and kind including at the ticket office.

A nice little tour around downtown Toronto. The tour guides were very informative, helpful and nice. Easy way to hop on and hop off a bus to different attractions but you will have to pay to get in. We visited Casa Loma and the market.

Somewhat pointless and very overpriced. Commentary from very disinterested young man was limited to ‘here is X’, very little in background info. It certainly was not a running commentary, just a ‘bored-out-of-my-mind’ employee. Adult C$55, teens C$50. Definitely not worth it.
Great tour of Toronto!!! Saw several diversed communities. Inside of buses were not air conditioned.

The LIVE Times were accurate ! I was very suprised. The bus showed up just like it shows on the map and you can see where they are . Only thing I would say is we need AC in the bottom half of the bus and close the windows ! it was hot. Also, Why can't the audio be turned on at the bottom of the bus instead of us having to use earphones that plug to the ceiling. I do see speakers on the bus ceiling downstairs. The guides were good ! They were informative and did their job showing off the city.

Fairly standard open top bus. Helps orientation of a new city giving ideas on where to visit that was compatible with interests. Problems with first bus meant that we had to change buses so extra 20 mins on journey. First guide was engaging but guide on second didn't seem bothered. Too much upselling by both guides.
