Took reservations when the maid of mist in Niagara was not even opened yet for the season and when I called tour operators- he said he can do it later that day when there was not any boats allowed in water for this season yet
The Maiden of the Mist Corp.is a Separate and solely held corporation. We are not a branch. They are one of the attractions that we visit when they are open. When they are not running, WE offer other choices. Our Company does not tell customers that the Boat. Is running when IT is not!

Waste of $378 plus a $50 tip which I was told I had to give the driver. The driver paid for the cave of the winds which was $28 for the two of us. Didn’t even maid of the mist and everywhere else he took us was free and we walked to the day before. We wasn’t even told any facts abut anything we were seeing.
With continuous improvement our Motto, we appreciate your input! Since your pickup was out of the area, we decided to pick you up in our Stretch Limousine. By the way IT is not used for every occasion. All that for no charge! We don't charge any tips! They are recommended, but not charged! Our Tour Guides, all live in Niagara Falls and know it well. When one attraction is not running, WE always offer another event! Thanks Again for taking time to share your thoughts with us.
It was very pleasant to be driven around in a soda. Our driver Dave was very accommodating.

The people I dealt with were very kind but they were not informative. I had booked this tour months before. Then I had to update my pickup spot. I couldn’t do it on my own so I chatted with someone and they assured me that although my hotel was not a pickup spot that there was one on the Canadian side. Long story short there wasn’t a pickup in Canada for the day I had booked it. I called the company and even though we were going to have a private tour they were not going to come pick us up. Very disappointing and I was not even offered my money back.
I booked this tour 2 days before the date it was to occur. After booking, I noticed there was no pickup time on the booking, nor in the confirmation. I messaged the company through Viator to confirm a pickup time, no response. I called, no answer. I called and emailed again, no response. The day of the tour, I finally got a hold of someone, they said they'd call me back with a time. They didn't. I called again, just to be told that the tour was cancelled. I'm only in Buffalo for a day, now I have to scramble to figure out whether or not I can go see the Falls, if there are even tickets available for the Maid of the Mist at this point. I'm so disappointed. If I hadn't called so many times, when were they going to tell me that the tour was cancelled? Would I have just sat in the lobby for hours? This is ridiculous. Don't use this company.
Wow what an amazing trip. We were surprised to have a private tour with the best guide. Ray was knowledgeable about the history of the falls and was very personable. Thanks for a great day.

We were interested in seeing the falls since this was our first (and probably last) opportunity to see it. My wife and I have been married for more than 52 years and haven't been able to get to the falls before. Misty Thunder and our driver/guide/jokester/singer Ray did us right. The trip was modified for our interests and abilities. Ray knew all the places. He explained what we were seeing and provided lots of background for it all. Because my wife is diabetic we had to stop for lunch. Ray took us to the Anchor bar for Buffalo wings. Terrific! You won't go wrong with Misty Thunder.
Have you ever wished you had a good friend familiar with an area who could show you around? That's how our tour with our driver, Ray felt. Wonderful day!
